    What is dumbest thing in the telecom history? NO SMS SERVICE, in a pack. You can have the prepaid balance but you cant send SMS until you buy Pack Offering SMS. So even if you to port you need to buy SMS pack inorder to send SMS. @ViCustomerCare #looting #VodafoneIdea

    @ViCustomerCare There is a pending issue service request number is 3-107252207792 which is ongoing since past few months in terms of incorrect billing on international number. Vodafone without informing me removed Rs.149/month pack from my phone and now since almost a yr.

    @ViCustomerCare Did i mentioned about the deduction? Its not about the money Its all about the harrassment you are causing to you customers. Just check your records how many times i have registered a complaint and raised an issue regarding VAS

    @ViCustomerCare I am a corporate customer for 11 years , I am not sure why you people are doubling my monthly bill by changing to a data plan, I use this phone for a senior citizen at home and its a basic phone that they use. By jacking up the bill to 300/- is v wrong.

    @ViCustomerCare Also, is there anyone available at your customer care service center? bcoz I was in the queue, and it just kept me waiting and waiting. I was customer of idea for more than 12 Yrs but I thing you people dont need customers anymore..

    @ViCustomerCare i had raised multiple complaints for corona vaccination pre call Callertunes, my complaint has been closed saying that it mandatory as per Department of Telecom, they cannot stop Callertunes But this guidelines is not applied on postpaid user Porting soon
