    @VodafoneIN anather company 84day/555 Rs .1.5gb & all call all network call free . But Vodafone same plane 599 Rs. Not fare this time .

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia Without resolving the issue, you guys mention :The Issue is resolved in ur systems. It's the customer who will say that the matter is resolved and not u on ur own. Kindly get this resolved ASAP. Unable to receive/make calls. My 4th Complaint.

    @ViCustomerCare I do not understand why you that your customers like this. Its been more than 9 years that I have Vi postpaid customer. Now when I am in need, you guys are neither answering the tweet, nor your representative of Vi mini store care to open the store.

    @ViCustomerCare Nobody understanding the concern here, it's 60days in total and since 30 days you guys are telling that you have forwarded/escalated to concern team, is this is your escalation which takes 30days, show me the proof that you have escalated the issue and to whome you have escalated

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, is there a support channel for people based overseas? The web chat option does to seem to be helping as the response is robotic. Please help as somehow the international roaming had stopped working and currently the sim is not having any network!
