    @VodafoneIN anather company 84day/555 Rs .1.5gb & all call all network call free . But Vodafone same plane 599 Rs. Not fare this time .

    @ViCustomerCare pathetic service by your company. My sim card is on hold since 2 days bcz of some minor address error. Imagine if someone is in critical condition. Even after submitting adhar details you are still stopping services of customer. Will meet in consumer court

    @ViCustomerCare says “24 hour SIM delivery” but even after 24+ hours my SIM is still not delivered. They only keep changing the delivery timeline again and again.Customer care not responding properly either.Stop showing fake 24-hour delivery ads if you cannot provide the service.

    @ViCustomerCare i have booked new prepaid sim on 23 april and it out for delivery on 30. That time i am out of station. The executive cancel my order. I went to vi store today they take more then half hour and said this no available for postpaid connection only. Please help.

    @ViCustomerCare I ported my number from Airtel to Vodafone Idea and completed full pending payment on 13/05/2026, but my number is still not working. Payment proof is available. Please resolve this urgently, otherwise I’ll be forced to leave Vi services.

    @ViCustomerCare Ported my SIM to V! on Saturday, Order: DCHD 16052631215 and also completed a 84-day recharge based on the assurance that SIM delivery would happen the same day. Till now, there is no response from V! side. I have called customer care (8141018180) three times,1/3

    @ViCustomerCare How bad your network can be? Rare signals,No OTP getting received, No outgoing calls connecting. Even when I want to port out of your network, even for that OTP is not coming. Help me get OTP on my number, I'll port to something else. @TRAI @DoT_India
