@VodafoneIN anather company 84day/555 Rs .1.5gb & all call all network call free . But Vodafone same plane 599 Rs. Not fare this time .

@ViCustomerCare Vi is worst , I have already confirmed my previous operator mobile payment, previous operator also confirmed the payment by msg, but My Vi postpaid number outgoing barred from last 12 days, called 199 40 times, Mail 64 times but not helpful . Regreting to port into Vi 👎

@ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp @reliancejio Last 8 to 10 months we are facing network issue from vi. our whole village facing the same issue we are continuously completing regarding this. but vi not providing basic network to us . at this time worst network in the Cellular line

@ViCustomerCare I am trying to get proper guidance through ViCustomerCare for last one hour or so...all the representatives guided me wrongly...is it the issue lying with them or Vodafone management? It seems they don't have any any interest to do business in India..frustrating

Very bad Vi store experience. Today I visited Vi store for a duplicate sim of my Vi sim so in return they asked for my original sim. And the new sim will be activated within 3-4 hrs. How can he ask for my original sim. Who is responsible if any fraud happens. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I am porting out my VI 9869123439 number to other service provider. But started receiving various calls from your office requesting to continue your service, which I don't want to. It's a harassment to me, as getting your said numerous calls.
