    @ViCustomerCare , this is better for you to sell only voice pack because ur internet service is pathetic. Even i am unable to use my payment apps. Full greater Noida extension is dead zone for the Vodafone customers. Pathetic service

    I, ordered a Vi eSIM yesterday paid ₹365, activated my sim as well still I was unable to make or receive calls. Thought this may be resolved by the morning. This morning I see that there is no network in my device. Called @ViCustomerCare didn't receive any satisfactory (1/2)

    @ViCustomerCare I called your customer care and your executive simply refused to talk and said our system is not working so call after 4 hrs, so I raised port request and bty it will be my third Vodafone number that I'm going to port from same locality which is a prime location.

    3/ @ViCustomerCare Problem started because years ago I corrected my DOB in Aadhaar. Old DOB: 17/10/1997 Corrected DOB: 16/10/1997 Same Aadhaar number. Same person. Same photo. Same name.

    @ViCustomerCare it has been 7 years &your signal quality in Trans Gomti, Lucknow area is still pathetic. Whenever people call me directly, voice quality is so poor that conversations can barely be heard properly. On top of that, internet speed is extremely disappointing.1/2

What goes around, comes around, especially in a “Free capital market” like ours! Let’s give Vi a chance to prove their mettle especially after they have come out of useless “REGULATORY” shackles, right?
