We continue to pay the exorbitant monthly charges in the meantime & get hounded if we don't pay.

@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI There are other similar issues. E.g. many service subscriptions set you up for auto renewal to be charged to the credit card. It means if you do not terminate they milk you rest of your life. It's an unfair practice with the consumer having no recourse.
