    Dear @VodafoneIN , please do something with my network. I am unable to use proper 4g internet. Your network speed is very poor, my daily data is going worthless. I am sharing my location, please do something otherwise i'm going to port this number with other service provider.

    @ViCustomerCare if you want to become no. 1 again stop your 49,79,95 pack.and provide 90 days default service validity on each type of recharge like unlimited/topup.minimum topup should be 100 rs but incoming/outgoing validity should be 90 days by default for all customers. 🙏

    Hey @ViCustomerCare my number is getting charged for random "services" which I never signed up for. First one was 25Aug2021 for Rs 48 second was today for Rs 100. Reverse the charge and make sure it does not repeat.

    @ViCustomerCare , @VodafoneGroup @Vodafone_Ind I converted my "E-SIM" to "Physical SIM" on 13th Sep in Faridabad Store, however this is 4th day, i am visiting store each day. Now i cant wait for month without SIM, i decided to switch to another network. Pathetic experience VI.

    @ViCustomerCare @PatelLeena31 Visited store on 13th Sep to convert my "e-sim" to "physical Sim". Today (16th Sep) i visited 3rd time in store just to request for activating my "SIM", however SIM is still in dead condition. I can't daily take couple of hours break from the office just for VI pathetic service.

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic Network experience in Thane Dhokali since past 2-3 weeks. There is no network in fact. Need immediate resolution else will have no option but to port out to Airtel
