Dear @VodafoneIN , please do something with my network. I am unable to use proper 4g internet. Your network speed is very poor, my daily data is going worthless. I am sharing my location, please do something otherwise i'm going to port this number with other service provider.

@ViCustomerCare @ArijitGuha2105 Dead from around 3 pm today. Only thing still working is incoming calls. No outgoing calls are going, even to your customer care service. Just pathetic. We recharge to use the network in need. And this happens with Vi frequently. I'm thinking seriously about porting to Jio.

@ViCustomerCare My Complaint No C004124484893367, the same is closed without asking me and no one visited my home on 8th November for resolution. What a ridiculous company you are. You r not able to retain 15yr old customer. Ridiculous.

@ViCustomerCare I got sms saying my complaint resolve ? How I don't know as line was disconnected in btwn and immediately I got msg it resolved. Wow it means ppl shld not work they shld always behind you. As everytime instead of resolution you ppl are expecting fresh complaint.
