@VodafoneIN You haven't done it for 17days. Now you're saying you will give resolution quickly. ROFL. 😂 Gave reasons like Sim got scratches, back end was unable to reach you. If I'm they are unable to reach me means that's a failure of your network. Biggest liars in market.

@ViCustomerCare what is wrong with your network. you did the same thing. deducted balance for callertunes without our consent and playing mischief. U said all chargeable services are deactivated. But again you are sending messages and deducting balance. You r epitome of cheating.
