@VodafoneIN I never told them the issue is resolved and it is not resolved. Still we are having the same problem. All the five connections I have at home are having the same issue. Please resolve.

I totally agree with U.Its a shop working for snatching dues from balances of customers. 9729629874 is my Vi CNo where I never opted any game but Vi debited 49/= from my balance at its own reducing balance low. @ViCustomerCare faced most pathetic customer solution response by Mr.Debasish Bera(ISR of KOL-VFS-TOLLYGUNJ).never feel this much irritated since associated with VI. Store manager Ms.Bhagyashree apologized but Mr.Debasish didn't feel to do so. Very bad impression for your image.
