    @VodafoneIN I never told them the issue is resolved and it is not resolved. Still we are having the same problem. All the five connections I have at home are having the same issue. Please resolve.

    @VodafoneIN Since how many days have you been saying the same thing to me. I lost my patience. You guys didn't have minimum common sense. It's been 17days, 0% progress in my complaint. Wish Sunil sood interference could help me out.

    @ViCustomerCare My idea sim has not been working since past 3 days now. The sim is visible on device but with no network . I have tried restarting , checking sim slots and everything . There is enough recharge on my sim . Customer care isn't addressing this query , fix this.

    @ViCustomerCare It's not an individual issue that can be fixed. It's about the recharge plans that needs to be flexible. And let users select what they want!

    @ViCustomerCare Customer care executives have no answer to any of my questions. 1. Why the mail has been sent after 3 or 4 years. 2. Why you sent a mail on 17th January to pay a bill by 9th, do you guys believe I have time machine? 3. Why there's no Bill?

    @ViCustomerCare why shld I pay the chargs even if I dont use the number. Paid amount through your agent to secure number but it's still asking me to pay more. Frustrated by your service. Worst I say. if u don't value ur user, they'll move to other. God has to save you ppl 🙏🙏
