    @VodafoneIN @Idea I am customer of vodafone from last 10 years , From last 1 month I am facing severe network isues, Plz resolve the issue asap neither I hv to switch 2 some odr network, If U are raising the prices of your network it's ok but at least give the proper services!

    @ViCustomerCare Your customer care, particularly in UP east is so pathetic, even worse than the network you provide. Do you know my organisation NTPC has switched over from VI to Airtel long back.

    @ViCustomerCare FRAUD PORT BY VODAFONE IDEA. Please be mindful, you may get contacted by VI to port into their service provider. They will give details of exclusive plans, once the port is complete, their number will be deactivated and the VI team will never attend.

    @ViCustomerCare No internet access on my one Vi No since 20.11.2022. No resolution yet from Vi Team. We are getting date's whenever we have tried Vi Team. Just think about this matter and provide the best possible solution.
