@VodafoneIN @Idea I am customer of vodafone from last 10 years , From last 1 month I am facing severe network isues, Plz resolve the issue asap neither I hv to switch 2 some odr network, If U are raising the prices of your network it's ok but at least give the proper services!

@ViCustomerCare Even senior told it is possible to convert the number into prepaid and there is no process of 120 days Mr ketan was rude he told senior call center executive to convert the number in prepaid if it can be done before 120 days and still refused to convert into prepaid

@ViCustomerCare Before 3 days,I make a recharge in my prepaid sim Card through Google pay. Amount is deducted from my bank account but not credit in Vodafone prepaid. From today the network showing Registeration failed. I call to customer care from another sim but they didn't solve this problem

@ViCustomerCare So called centre and forwarded complain and was informed go to the store number will get converted into prepaid but received call from mr ketan again said can't convert the number in prepaid before 120 days than again forwarded new complaint to the call centre
