    @VodafoneIN @Idea I am customer of vodafone from last 10 years , From last 1 month I am facing severe network isues, Plz resolve the issue asap neither I hv to switch 2 some odr network, If U are raising the prices of your network it's ok but at least give the proper services!

    @ViCustomerCare #No care for customer of 20years. MY no 9924296156 stopped due to non use 7 April 2026 .I recharged for 169 Rs Deta pack 3 month validity 8 GB on 11/4/2026.Now Vi says that it will strst only after other recharged of 199 Rs.! My 169 rs goes in drain.

    @ViCustomerCare Even after home kyc if sim suspended because i didn't answered some spam calls for secondaryverificationwhich is no information. This is called atrocity of service provider. My account number 88787800. @JioCare @airtelindia Do you have any clue.

    @ViCustomerCare Seems Customer Care & Social Media team treats Priority Cutomers/Sr. Ctzns. as barking dogs who will keep quiet after some time. No reply/resolution recd. to E-mail/Tweets. YOUR CUSTOMER CARE IS PATHETIC. This is the view of “priority customer & 73 yrs. ....1/2

    @ViCustomerCare poor services being g provided. Not sending the network settings. Failed to compare with other network providers. Browsing can not be done facing inconvenience while opening ans site. Let the VI think and make the network speed better in future
