    @VodafoneIN @Idea I am customer of vodafone from last 10 years , From last 1 month I am facing severe network isues, Plz resolve the issue asap neither I hv to switch 2 some odr network, If U are raising the prices of your network it's ok but at least give the proper services!

    @ViCustomerCare check field level. Virtually everything seems normal. The network has dropped so low that the phone is overheating, finally I am forced to use the sim keypad mobile from the smartphone. Nothing else will happen because of you.     @ViCustomerCare Worst reply ..no issues were there on airtel connection but only VI when confirmed with other people who are using VI found same issue .please confirm are u not able to provide services at Jammu and Kashmir ..but ur reply is window dressing ..

    During the powercut network is being unavailable in the locations. The local handler is not using the generator or other option to run the tower. We are facing No Network every time during the power cut. Look into it @ViCustomerCare
