On 9987056484, I recharged my Vi number with ₹199 after checking the Vi App. The app clearly displayed an offer: "1 GB Data Daily + 2 GB Fixed Data for 28 Days".@ViCustomerCare

If your backend isn't showing the offer, that's Vi's issue. Customer shouldn't suffer for company's system failure. Resolve this.
