    @VodafoneIN @Idea I am customer of vodafone from last 10 years , From last 1 month I am facing severe network isues, Plz resolve the issue asap neither I hv to switch 2 some odr network, If U are raising the prices of your network it's ok but at least give the proper services!

    @mangalam99 @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare awaiting resolution to Voda-Idea SRs MUM-V00465966590 & MUM-V00493645255 since 26th May. Escalated to Appellate authority, but they stopped responding. Escalated to CEO Mr. Takker but no response. Can some1 please resolve it.

    @ViCustomerCare Here is an interesting story. After complaining for 8 days of service down, VI sent an engineer home. But he has a postpaid phone and mine is prepaid. So even a VI employee couldn't talk to VI pre paid customer service 🤔. Solution ? He says I have to go to the store in the rain

    @ViCustomerCare No I am not doing this time. I have done in the past also and the network remains the same. You think customers are fool. You will tell them some technical process and then you will tell them that the network is good at your location and case closed. Please shut down ur company

    @ViCustomerCare harassing on MNP requests for last 3weeks. Closed 1st request on their own. N/w is so bad, call with their retention team drops in between.
