@VodafoneIN @Idea I am customer of vodafone from last 10 years , From last 1 month I am facing severe network isues, Plz resolve the issue asap neither I hv to switch 2 some odr network, If U are raising the prices of your network it's ok but at least give the proper services!

@ViCustomerCare Why you need alternate number to above DND issue. Correct your network, quality of service and singal strength so when you call the number issued by you will work. Solve DND issue first and share the details of resolution taken. @DoT_India @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare can't even run IVR properly and claims to have the "fastest 4G". Pathetic!! Customer Complaint number getting disconnected after Hello. Tried 28 times. YES - 28 TIMES!! Vi should be ashamed. No Vi network in Karnataka. Stuck with this stupid network.

@ViCustomerCare did this recharge yesterday but balance not credited. You don't have a call centre? Such a big company and you keep diverting customer call and irritate them with confusing n irritating caller tune options. Was usable to use my pack. Pathetic service. 7448072921
