    @VodafoneIN @Idea I am customer of vodafone from last 10 years , From last 1 month I am facing severe network isues, Plz resolve the issue asap neither I hv to switch 2 some odr network, If U are raising the prices of your network it's ok but at least give the proper services!

    @ViCustomerCare Ur customer care fooled me for recharging my number when I still had incoming validity till 19/12/2022 I recovered my lost Sim, but wasn't receiving any OTP, u told me there's no active recharge, i did it still not working only to find out sms are blocked for 24hr

    @Bamahdi @ViCustomerCare The worst part is, you need a network to even port out their pathetic service its been more than 24 hours since my network is gone my work, banking, social media everything is disrupted without my number, I even went and got a replacement sim for the same number, still nothing.

    @ViCustomerCare I even told her call working for incoming but not sms, you should educate your call center workers 😠 cancel my recharge and give me my money back 😠

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare so apparently Vodafone is deducting balance in the name of VAS even when customer doesn't request for the services. Their customer service representative informed me that this is a known issue. They do not refund customers unless a customer calls and cancels

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic service, that's why your company is going towards bankruptcy,on 23 nov i got ported one of my number to vi, it'been 3 days, still MNP process has not completed, if you don't want new customers then simply tell me,why are you wasting my time
