    @VodafoneIN @Idea I am customer of vodafone from last 10 years , From last 1 month I am facing severe network isues, Plz resolve the issue asap neither I hv to switch 2 some odr network, If U are raising the prices of your network it's ok but at least give the proper services!

    @ViCustomerCare All OTPs are getting delayed. Instead of getting an OTP for a payment I want to do now, I am receiving OTPs requested for previous transactions which were not delivered then. Please resolve OTP issue asap.

    @ViCustomerCare I will port my all mobile connection from Vi to other companies but i will nevar suggest to use Vi sevice to any other person . Your company is froud and careless in support to customer service

    @ViCustomerCare The issue I raised while there was absolutely no network for 45 minutes and if this again happen, sorry to say I will escalate again also I will escalate if call drops happen. I may not able to pay you fully if you can not give all agreed services with full resolution.
