    @VodafoneIN @Idea I am customer of vodafone from last 10 years , From last 1 month I am facing severe network isues, Plz resolve the issue asap neither I hv to switch 2 some odr network, If U are raising the prices of your network it's ok but at least give the proper services!

    Hey @ViCustomerCare , wow What a ridiculous service u r providing to village area at @bhatera (pincode:387630) , ta:Kathlal, dist:kheda, Gujrat. Lots of complaints made by all the Vi User regarding network connectivity nd internet speed. No one looking at this area and complaints

    . @ViCustomerCare The sim was damaged. Vi customer care replaced it with a diff number. It was also given back. And they ask us to come back again. For the 4th time! And we still have to pay months after months of bills! Is that fair???

    @ViCustomerCare . @ViCustomerCare My mother came back from the hospital a week ago. she had a cardiac emergency. It is inhuman to expect her to go to the store herself when even groceries can be delivered online today!

    @ViCustomerCare I could take their call, they disconnect it and then send me mail that they could not connect me and that my grievance has been resolved. You can inbox me your mail id as well so that I can forward the copy of the complaint which I have made earlier.

    @ViCustomerCare This answer is again irritating me. Even I am using another VI sim in bihar (same location) and it support VOLTE and I enjoyed fully VOLTE features in that sim. But you are saying Bihar don't have VOLTE support in VI .I am fully disagree and very disappointed with VI service.
