    @VodafoneIN The Vodafone care centre is pretty bad here in my city Silchar, Assam. when I visited for a service in care centre near district library, the owner opened the centre at around 11:45 a.m and then told the laptop is not working so just work cannot be done, please fix it

    @VodafoneIN The care centre was ***** and I went for postpaid to prepaid request but it seems the staff cannot fulfill the request because laptop system had technical issue and I now have to wait for almost a week or 10 days for it.

    @ViCustomerCare I have had an association with you guys since it was Orange,BPL, then hutch then vodafone and now Vi.Over 15 years i have been a proud customer of yours. But now im as much frustrated as your other customers. Honestly i have just been tolerating you guys. But now its just enough.

    @ViCustomerCare what type of care u r doing if call to ur care number they put on hold or disconnect the call instead providing solution my internet not working and its a repeated issue but u doing nothing rather than fake commitment @TRAI look into it

    Last 2 days i have no network connection on my phone @VodafoneIN, its zero network, why are u troubling me unnecessarily i have been literally tortured using ur services and have now seriously started considering moving to #airtel

    @ViCustomerCare My slow data speed related complaint RAJ-V00426213713 has been closed but the issue is still persistent... No Engineer visited the Tower.. My home is just near the Vi Tower... Wosr service..

    @ViCustomerCare I recharge my vI no. money is deducted from my account but no recharge benifit come. I recharge from paytm and paytm say recharge is successful. And your customer care behaviour is wrost.
