    @VodafoneIN The Vodafone care centre is pretty bad here in my city Silchar, Assam. when I visited for a service in care centre near district library, the owner opened the centre at around 11:45 a.m and then told the laptop is not working so just work cannot be done, please fix it

    @VodafoneIN The care centre was ***** and I went for postpaid to prepaid request but it seems the staff cannot fulfill the request because laptop system had technical issue and I now have to wait for almost a week or 10 days for it.

    @ViCustomerCare I am writing to report a payment issue regarding a ₹10 top-up recharge I attempted yesterday for my number XXXXXX4285. Although the transaction shows as 'successful' in Google Pay, the recharge has not been credited to my account, and I have not received a refund
