    @VodafoneIN The care centre was ***** and I went for postpaid to prepaid request but it seems the staff cannot fulfill the request because laptop system had technical issue and I now have to wait for almost a week or 10 days for it.

    @VodafoneIN The Vodafone care centre is pretty bad here in my city Silchar, Assam. when I visited for a service in care centre near district library, the owner opened the centre at around 11:45 a.m and then told the laptop is not working so just work cannot be done, please fix it

    @ViCustomerCare Kirandeep, i didn't received any call. So far today i've missed only one call. Apart from that have answered all calls. I think its vidafone network which hardly works is causing the issue. users of @reliancejio @airtelindia hardly complaint about such poor service.

    Hi! We are here to help you. As per our recent communication, we have registered your Network complaint with ref. no. KAR-V00515070260. The expected resolution date is 07 Jul '21 | 11.51 AM. @ViCustomerCare what's the update. How long i have to wait for the network. Pathetic😡😡

    @ViCustomerCare Recently made a payment to shut down a number, as threats were given that matter will be reported in a local newspaper, i had asked the agent to confirm me on mail from Vodafone officially regarding receipt of payment and the number has been shut. Please check.
