    @VodafoneIN The care centre was ***** and I went for postpaid to prepaid request but it seems the staff cannot fulfill the request because laptop system had technical issue and I now have to wait for almost a week or 10 days for it.

    @VodafoneIN The Vodafone care centre is pretty bad here in my city Silchar, Assam. when I visited for a service in care centre near district library, the owner opened the centre at around 11:45 a.m and then told the laptop is not working so just work cannot be done, please fix it

    @ViCustomerCare i had ported my number from your services 2 years ago. I had personally went to the vodafone gallery and paid all the dues after which I was allowed to port. Now you are emailing and threating with court, I am also lodging police complaint if this doesn't stop.

    @ViCustomerCare never use Vi services. They have their own rules and do not bother about customer and their grievances at all.

    @ViCustomerCare I was automatically subscribed to Bollycafe and charges for the same were deducted. With vi app, I was only able to deactivate the VAS on same day. The money deducted didn't return. Also not able to contact the agent through the app or 199. Please help.
