    @VodafoneIN The care centre was ***** and I went for postpaid to prepaid request but it seems the staff cannot fulfill the request because laptop system had technical issue and I now have to wait for almost a week or 10 days for it.

    @VodafoneIN The Vodafone care centre is pretty bad here in my city Silchar, Assam. when I visited for a service in care centre near district library, the owner opened the centre at around 11:45 a.m and then told the laptop is not working so just work cannot be done, please fix it

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS from day1 the complaint is instead of 5988 Netflix 2388 is credited, and as per broucher for 5988 there is no details about plan. Hence this is betrayed to customer from vi and so far on this complaints daily another person is assigned; now akib.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS @TRAI Till the date, None of the site engineers of #VI have called me and asked, Where and why are you getting the issue of data speed,I am not using your service for #FOC I think services of #VI should be dropped.

    Very Frustrated with #Vi now. Got one prepaid and one postpaid number of @ViCustomerCare and from last few weeks internet speed is capped and limited to 2mbps on both whereas it works fine for other users. Stuck with their CustCare service request loops which is hopeless. @TRAI

    On a serious note @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate 3G H+ network internet speed is faster than @ViCustomerCare 4G+ giganet..what a shame 😒

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw VI system not transparent, It's clearly showing VI embezzling money from common people. Appellate also unable to check issued cheque delivery status. They are intentionally create problem with customer specially senior citizen.

    @ViCustomerCare Why so much DRAMAS on name of internet speed when you have no intention to fix it instead of wasting time by sending Engineer even he agreed that speed EXTREMELY low and within few hours closed the ticket STOP DRAMA AND FIX ISSUE
