  No resolution ever after 72 Hrs, whereas I have paid money in advance. Pathetic that @VodafoneGroup in India is headed by bunch of unprofessionals. Even after payment and lapse of 72 Hrs, several follow ups and calls to @ViCustomerCare is not able to deliver a new SIM.

  @ViCustomerCare I have rarely experienced service this poor & disappointing. Your executives gave vague and contradictory information about service plans, leading me to buy it under misleading circumstances while I was in a stressful situation. This certainly isn't the way! SHAME

  @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare is initiating the deactivation of my number without any proper resolution. I’ve been using this number for the past 11 years, and it’s linked to my Aadhaar, PAN, bank accounts, and other important services. Deactivation will cause serious inconvenience.

  After 3 months of poor network, I finally recharged my Vi SIM. I avoided it because of the negative feedback, but I'm glad I tried it. Airtel and Jio didn't work well in my area. Now I'm getting 30 to 35 Mbps in Kolkata. Thank you, @ViCustomerCare! 💛
