Justin replied saying if JIO CALL APP showing offline and dont receive any sms or unable to make calls then its not network fault. some say my phone has VOLTE .     What the hell @ViCustomerCare , you call yourself fatest 4g network and it's hard to get even 3g network in my city. Can't even sustain the network even for 15 min straight without dropping 5 times.

    I am an existing user whose sim suddenly stopped working and requested for a new sim and this happens. WTF. At least give me an option to port to some other networks without going through the trouble of going through this again. @ViCustomerCare
