@ViCustomerCare Hi .. Vi team already closed the ticket’s by saying they can’t do much in terms of network issue. So it’s waste of time only option is to port out..which I will do very soon.

@ViCustomerCare Our maid was using feature phone till few back and had age old idea 3g sim as new smartphone wasn't accepting vi 4g network. She was charged 100 bucks for new sim by vi outlet. Is it fair and legit? Or it was a loot by the outlet staff? To me it's loot.

@ViCustomerCare Yes, i understand but obviously she doesn't use Twitter etc. I doubt she would be able to talk even with customer care on phone. She had asked my help when 4g wasn't working so after checking her sim and handset i suggested her to get sim changed.
