    @ViCustomerCare It is such a sleepy care department. It is customer care that made you loose and merge with Idea. I am a 10-year-old customer with 3 numbers. Now I think time to move to another service provider.

    @ViCustomerCare Hey vi I need help I want to know about My recharge. As I have done recharge of 155 rupees. And my pack is expiring on 16th of April . But I have used my all data . Because of which I am note able to use internet. So can I do recharge of 540 now ? I want to use internet

    @ViCustomerCare & @AdityaBirlaGrp If you don't know how to run business then stop it immediately. You are running a third class network telecom. I have complainted thousands time but no resolution. I am just Frustrated. Very Slow and disgusting network in my area. 😠😠😠

    @ViCustomerCare Do not go abroad with any Indian Vodafone Idea SIM card, there is a lot of problem in roaming. Their international roaming is very useless.

    They were not helpful , they were resetting sim and there was no conclusion. If it is your market strategy than i will have to do complaint at @TRAI . Would be greatful if your team resolve my problem. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I want to Port my sim from IDEA to JIO. And i recharged my phone for porting. I tried msging 1908 for porting and it was not sending. I tried msging my personal number and it was sending. I visited customer care 3-4 times (1/1)
