    @ViCustomerCare my main account balance shows Rs 83,still my number has been put on temporary out of service. And top of that not able to call customer care. On calling customer care its been advised to recharge with unlimited pack. Why m not able to make/recv call?

    @ViCustomerCare - As my complaints went unheeded, I have ported both my parents to another Service Provider. Once my plan ends, I too will port ! That is the only thing I can do to bring your poor service to the fore !

    @ViCustomerCare Highlighting extremely poor customer support Vodafone. My husband applied for new sim on 28 Mar for 9999341352 at VI Indore. Issue not resolved till date nor do they respond to customer calls . Airtel meanwhile resolved the 2nd No in 2 hrs. Pathetic service sp VI

    @ViCustomerCare can i convert my sim postpaid to prepaid. Online because customer support told me visit vi store . 60Km away from my current location. So please help me . Otherwise i have only a option port sim vi postpaid to Airtel or jio.

    @ViCustomerCare My company has not raised any request for number suspension. Your customer care was not helpful at all. They can't even guide me to reactivate the numbers.
