  @ViCustomerCare I shared my number almost 4 hours ago, but no resolution has been provided yet. How does a ₹1,749 recharge, valid for 6 months and done on June 16, end today? Is VI owned by the East India Company?

  @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare, you guys should demand a commission from local Wi-Fi dealers past Z Corner, Manjari. Your indoor network is so non-existent that we are literally buying broadband just to make a voice call. Brilliant business model! 👏👏📱

  @ViCustomerCare @PhonePe_ Additionally, I tried contacting customer support by calling 199, but there is no clear option to speak with a customer care executive. The IVR only plays automated messages and provides no straightforward way to reach a representative and discuss the issue.

  @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.
