    @VodafoneIN Still are you working on my concern Again one bill recvied from your team I raise complaint against you regarding my issue. Hope less plan Redx Even i cant change the plane if i trying to change it shows You have charged Rs 3000 for changing plan

    @ViCustomerCare I mistakenly recharged my other Vi number instead of my dad’s Vi number with the ₹3,599 yearly plan. I don’t need a refund if you can transfer the plan to my dad’s number. If that’s not possible, please cancel the recharge and refund @airtelindia @CRED_club

    @ViCustomerCare VI is heavily missing customer service. I called up 199 & they said they can not deactivate the no., I will have to visit VI store. We had already gone to VI stores, ane they said to call 199 May because of such things VI is making losses. Time to go back to Airtel.
