    @ViCustomerCare I bought a new Vi postpaid sim on 27th Sep with Rs 699 plan and since that day I am not able to use data. Then I filed a complaint they told me my issue get resolved on 1st Oct but till now the issue is not resolved. i want to close vi postpaid connection

    @ViCustomerCare I got your call from one if your customer care executives. It was informed to me that there is no free Hello tune is available for VI customers. I request you to provide Hellotune service free as already Airtel and Jio are providing this for free.This is 1 thing VI is behind.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi is the worst service provider... 4 months back i took a vi postpaid sim... my package was 399, this month my bill is 1,645.. even though i didnt use the sim... none of the customer services are listening to me...i wanted to port my sim to reliance but the executives didnt even

    @asdd721 @ViCustomerCare They only make notes 📝 but cannot solve problem so don’t trust them because my problem is still pending with VI and this is my last month so port to other service providers @ViCustomerCare if you wanna leave happy leave VI 🙌

    @ViCustomerCare lodged complaints more than 20+ times and every time Vodafone said your problem of signal has solved but the reality is still same- network issue, no clear calls I want to port my Vodafone sim into @Airtel_Presence. Kindly call me plz!

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia This is bad i complaint that i am unable to send sms incoming sms are fine and i just recharged 666inr but no outgoing sms working and i just recieved message as update to my complaint that says it's resolved but it's really not this is terrible
