@ViCustomerCare Very worst experinece facing with your services. Your customer support, app nothing is working only fail promises. For my basic Nokia model and number is 95274 48296 whereas unable to send messages.fed up with vi.

@ViCustomerCare I hav been a Vodafone customerm since 2008. Now the trust I had on Vi has completely gone, a simple task like changing postpaid plan cannot be fulfilled since the past 5 months. Tried the physical customer store in Perumbavoor online too. Changing my 2nd sim too.

@ViCustomerCare Vodafone India seems to be having very poor process for eSIMs in India compared to other service providers . Either no response even after a week or No suitable response except saying it is under process . It’s really a joke 😡

Hey @ViCustomerCare my uncle's number got inactive due to the TAFCOP portal. I’m unable to reverify it, and even the store couldn’t help. The number will be completely inactive by 22 Sep. Please assist urgently.

I’m a corporate customer trying to port 16 numbers from @ViCustomerCare. Three port-out requests were rejected for “signature mismatch” — even after I emailed the same signed documents before submitting the request. This looks more like a delay tactic than a process issue. (1/7)

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare apart from this they have increased the plan without intimation. Tried going customer care and rectifying it for the past more than 5 times in past 8 months. Now going for the last time to port to another network.
