    @VodafoneIN its been 8 years that m using ur netwrk but now ur Service has gone too low. Months after months m only complaining. Not able to send WhatsApp msgs now sm1's using wifi. Just waiting to finish my validity. Time to Port. U play with that Vodafone Dog. Bhosidiwalo

    @ViCustomerCare I am extremely disappointed with your service. I will not use a Vi SIM anymore, and I will not allow my children to use it either. If they do not listen to me, I would rather donate my property to charity than give it to them. I do not understand the logic behind the deactivation

    @ViCustomerCare — In Saudi Arabia with active IR + ₹2997 (365-day) recharge, yet NO SIGNAL. Backend IR “activated” but SIM won’t connect to STC/Mobily/Zain. Device OK (Tecno Pova 5G works with local SIM). Fix immediately or I escalate to CONSUMER COURT #VI #RoamingIssue #TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare @Shantanuloharr Very bad and poor quality customer support they didn't know how to talk to a customer they were very rude to me I want to tell every vi customer please leave the vi .. network now they are fraud.they are always not able to resolve customer support

    @ViCustomerCare: Activated International Roaming for 24 hrs via customer care. Charged again the next day without consent.Told it “auto-renewed”? I was in India. No usage.Reverse the charge. Stop forced auto-renewals, scoundrel & fraud activities. #ConsumerRights #Telecom

    @ViCustomerCare however harder I try to reach your prepaid customer care executive but it's in Vain I feel the bot has taken over the human interaction completely & the time is not much far that it will soon takeover the company as well. I feel AI will run it better!! #EXCELLENT

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Vi Team, I recharged with the ₹209 plan which clearly mentions “Unlimited Caller Tunes for 28 days,” but I’m unable to activate or set any caller tune on my number This is misleading, as the benefit is advertised but not actually usable. Please check the issue

    Never take global roaming pkg from Vi. It is useless. Egypt no 4G or 5G & hours wasted complaining. Similar problem happened for S Korea. Needed data for navigation, coordination with tour agents, Uber etc. Had to buy another local pkg. No wonder @ViCustomerCare is unpopular.
