    @VodafoneIN its been 8 years that m using ur netwrk but now ur Service has gone too low. Months after months m only complaining. Not able to send WhatsApp msgs now sm1's using wifi. Just waiting to finish my validity. Time to Port. U play with that Vodafone Dog. Bhosidiwalo

    Hello @ViCustomerCare, My SIM has become active after Porting, but I am not receiving any OTPs or incoming verification messages. Also, it is showing “No Recharge” even though the retailer already completed the MNP process. Please check and resolve this issue ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare I reacharge 21.05.2026 previous day, 399 super Hero pack ,but vi app shows 301 GB use , how is this possible. I contact vi customer care but not connecting,
