@ViCustomerCare You guys keep on noting the concerns of customer, nobody wants to give proper resolution of the problem. Very much disappointment with the vi network. Kindly provide me the procedure of porting into other service provider.

I was trying to PORT one of the @ViCustomerCare number to @airtelindia, the number is used just for calling, so it is on Rs. 99 unltd plan. The Port SMS to 1900 always FAILS. The customer care said, you MUST recharge with 128, or else CAN NOT port out. @TRAI, Is this your Rule?

@ViCustomerCare 4m last few weeks ur service is poor in pune, every few minutes I see sim data refresh, today crashed completely, ur store gave new sim n will be active by evening but no incoming SMS 1 day, what is d logic? After 22 years I think it's time 2 say goodbye.
