    @ViCustomerCare network came yesterday at 8am,but I find difficulty while having a conversation as someone calling me , can't hear anything, what I am speaking. Very poor network coverage! In my location. And everytime your answer will be - we are looking into your complain & later not resolved

    I submitted a SIM port request on 16th. Got confirmation message that it would be activated on 18th, but now my old SIM is already deactivated and the new SIM is still not active. This is causing major inconvenience as I have no network at all. Please resolve @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare After multiple complaints same issue, the network speed is less than 20kbps. VI is providing the worst experience ever than other service providers. Now they will file a complaint and will resolve within 5 days, but no one gets to know what will happen in 5 days.
