@ViCustomerCare There is NO NEW INFORMATION YOU HAVE SHARED IN DM. Do not misguide the public. Providing the case number DOES NOT HELP. I will also repeat, you don’t know what the issue is and hence do not have a resolution. Really the PITS in service now. JIO just gained a customer 4 free
