    Day to day the network getting worst. Complaining through one month but @Airtel_Presence didn't any respond. Should we go to @VodafoneIN or @reliancejio . @TRAI please help us

    @ViCustomerCare @Vodafone_Ind My wife & I have Vi numbers. I happened to call customer care with difficulty and when I was having conversation with agent, he brutally went silent in the middle when I asked question and then disconnected. What a disgust!! Thanks to MNP.

    @ViCustomerCare U guys do lots of drama online, that u offer this, that service. When it comes to reality it is just hollow. U don't have basic customer service resolution ethics. Look at the # of complaints on coverage that I have made & none of them is resolved,within 2 days u close complaint

    @ViCustomerCare Many have called but they five false assurances that someone will visit check & ensure signal strength is proper. Then close close complaint.. you guys have unethical practices.

    @ViCustomerCare Around 4 hours without internet on your network. I am not travelling or at any remote location. At home in a city where decent coverage is expected. Your service is highly unreliable to say the least.

    @ViCustomerCare You have KYC at he facilities and would readily deliver sim at home, but for a loyal customer who has been with you for 10+ years you can't even replace a sim? Can't you deliver replacement sim at home or by courier? 3/3
