    I thought airtel cares for its customers and has the best service as they frequently advertise. Hence ported from @ViCustomerCare to @airtelindia. But Airtel proved me completely wrong. 1/3

    @ViCustomerCare a great way to loot the cust. Was not able to send SMS even though have a validity pack of 79 active and balance in main account, when called customer care was told minimum recharge to send a SMS is 128rs.People switching from VI coz of this loot @DoT_India @TRAI
