    @ViCustomerCare is this how you wanna lose customer? Extremely pathetic service and no help from the VI store people. When a number stops working out of nowhere, it creates a ton of problem in a person's life but that doesn't matter to you. You just need our money

    Disgusting network of VI. My Internet plan is 4g but i get the internet speed of 2g and the most embarrassing thing is that the 2g speed work not properly. I hate VI company and their service care employees because they didn't listen my problem. @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar

    @ViCustomerCare Is there any way to stop your promotion message about double data, weekend data etc. Because to use it you need have a stable 4G/VOLTE connection or we can watch movies on your network using 2G/3G network. Ur network just switches from 4G/3G/2G in round robin.

    @ViCustomerCare Guys, you're only showing the higher plans in your app and not the lower plans. I wish to downgrade my plan due to bad service and low usage. Send me urgently the plans lower than 399. @TRAI customers are forced to opt ONLY for higher plans from the app.
