  @ViCustomerCare My number has been successfully ported to Vi, and the network signal is visible. However, I have not received any activation message, and neither calls nor mobile internet are working. Kindly check the activation status and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

  @ViCustomerCare 199 is active till 17th. IVR say recharge of 365 is valid till 17th. Still SMS sending fails. Checked sms center etc, but didn't helped. This is to much frustrating. Way poor service. #worstService #Vi #frustrating

  @ViCustomerCare gaon mein I recharged with the ₹399 plan and ported to Vi on July 1st; the internet isn't working, and connectivity is poor. Please do something about this in rural areas.

  @ViCustomerCare Vi is just proving again that a lot of unworthy people are sitting to contact customer and waste their time. Who in the world is training then? I suppose Ai does the job better than this. No wonder..
