    "The number doesn't belong to Airtel". Of course it doesn't NOW, because your failure forced me to port out! Disregarding a Deaf & Mute customer's rights is unacceptable. Big thanks to @ViCustomerCare for following TRAI rules perfectly, charging just ₹7 for MNP with a FREE SIM.

    @ViCustomerCare “Hi, I ported my number from Jio to Vi on 22/05/2026. The retailer promised a free 2-month recharge, but even after the porting is completed and the network is active, I still have not received the recharge. Please look into this issue and help resolve it.”

    This is total harassment. 1st, you force a recharge on a dead SIM, and even after paying, the network is still "Emergency Only". If this isn't resolved, I initiating a port-out request and lodging a formal complaint with @TRAI for deficient service. @ViCustomerCare @_DigitalIndia

    @AAbbhi_ @ViCustomerCare Too many daily calls from customer care, welcome team, relationship team however there is no internal communication among them... They are not able to resolve simple issue... My SIM cards not delivered even after 8 days... Very bad experience i had
