    @ViCustomerCare why every once in a while landline calls doesn't connect? It happens often, but if called that same landline number through different network call gets connected. But from vi most of the times call doesn't get connected

    @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar Sir Vi again fall because you have hired wrong sales managers, they do promise to do the port and make the recharge free and after the sim gets activated they became deactivated. I have ported from Airtel to Vi now i will never trust again. 😡😡😡 #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare I have accidentally recharged an old number which is no longer in use and has been off for a year now. I recharged through Gpay, please reverse the payment since the no. is not in use by anyone. Please Help ASAP. ThanksYou
