@ViCustomerCare its been a month that we have been without Vi network in the Locality. Sometimes it would come for 2 or 3 hrs and go for the rest of the day. Refund our recharge money, it's a complete waste of money. I've been tired of complaining, no success @TRAI @DoT_India

@ViCustomerCare While I live in Alambagh,a residential area of Lucknow,here also your data speed is worst,When you have increased recharge money,at least increase the internet speed.That's why most of boys in my hostel don't recharge in VI or else they've opted for Jio network.
