@ViCustomerCare Hi, ur customer reps are so painfully ignoring. Mr Lourdhu asked me questions and then responds when he feels so.i asked him at 1 pm , he replies at 3 pm. is this ur world class service.???

@ViCustomerCare Hey I own J7 2015, M30s, Tab A 10.5, M13, A15, A35 and I want to say none of them support Vi's Volte but M13, A15 and A35 support VoNR would you guys take a bit of pain to add them to your IMS config and database so I can use VoLte as now auto blocker restricts 2G

@ViCustomerCare absolutely unhappy with your service for tacking on false charges for 180kb data usage on intl roaming on the last cycle, as my data roaming has been off for months. I’ll pay the bill, but I am watching out for all unjustified charges from your end.
