    @VodafoneIN i have been a customer of Vodafone for more than 14 yrs but i m not satisfied with the data speed. Recently i hv recharged 399 plan for 56 days with 3gb daily data but the speed of 0.02mbbps speed if i use continously also full day then i cant complete 1gb per day.

    I ported out from Vi in November 2020 and from last 4 months I haven't got my money which was there in my Vi Postpaid account. Despite contacting @ViCustomerCare 8 times, they always say to call me back with the update and there is no resolution provided yet. @VodafoneGroup @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare The whole internet is slowing and buffering is the same condition for the last 4 days, you only take the components but nothing happens, so far, all the complents have been taken, the internet buffering has become very slow. Mumbai Kurla 40072

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for your quick response and the advice. But the issue is not resolved yet. Sms facility or incoming calls are working; The problem is only with the outgoing calls.

    @ViCustomerCare I ported my SIM card from Mtnl it will take how much time the sales guy told meh it take 15 min but still it has been more then 15 hour no network in my phone please help meh out this is very worst service

    @ViCustomerCare I’m customer of idea cellular network since from 2009 ...I’m happy with idea upto 2019 but...after idea become VI the network conditions....of idea is going worst day by day...it happens in PUNE city...then think situation in remote area..sift to other network
