@VodafoneIN i have been a customer of Vodafone for more than 14 yrs but i m not satisfied with the data speed. Recently i hv recharged 399 plan for 56 days with 3gb daily data but the speed of 0.02mbbps speed if i use continously also full day then i cant complete 1gb per day.

Finally decided to port to Jio from @VodafoneGroup and now they care about the network issues I’ve been having for the last 3 years. Spoke to a customer care exec who tried to convince me to give them another chance because “ma’am you didn’t port for 3 years” @ViCustomerCare

Hey @ViCustomerCare don't get me started on how rude your customer care is. 1. Someone must have given a reference number of mine for a theirs and they are not in contact with us. 2. Their bill is outstanding and we have paid ours but we get calls every day annoying us (..1)

@GodghatePurnima @ViCustomerCare Same issue in Pune, I don't know if there is anything called Customer care in VI. You take information like signal strength, how many tower building etc, Indoor, outdoor and what not and in return what we get is same pathetic service.
