    @VodafoneIN i have been a customer of Vodafone for more than 14 yrs but i m not satisfied with the data speed. Recently i hv recharged 399 plan for 56 days with 3gb daily data but the speed of 0.02mbbps speed if i use continously also full day then i cant complete 1gb per day.

    @ViCustomerCare I have ported my mobile number from BSNL to Vi through your store. At the time of porting the SIM, I paid ₹199 for the first recharge. While my phone number has successfully been ported, i have rec message first recharge was not done by VI store pls help..

    @ViCustomerCare : Today is 9th day even after multiple follows up via call, email, social, store visit all my issues are still open. Neither my number is linked, nor my plan has been rolled back and a bill has been generated with a plan I didn’t asked for. New Revenue Model?

    @ViCustomerCare Sr, Ctzn. 73 and a Priority Customer seems to have committed a blunder by recommending my daughter to take Vodafone Connection. She is now abroad & trying to disconnect connection due to billing address issue. REFERENCE # 3-148618093206. ....1/2

    @ViCustomerCare No response even after raising a complaint. This shows complete negligence & lack of accountability. I paid ₹6000 for roaming and received zero service in Feb & faced similar issue. Still no calls or data working. If not resolved immediately, I’ll escalate to @TRAI and port out

    @ViCustomerCare Issue is not solved 😭 Speed is very low 800kbps to max 2mbps fluctuations in uploading so please improve your 4G speed and launch 5G soon as possible
