    @VodafoneIN i have been a customer of Vodafone for more than 14 yrs but i m not satisfied with the data speed. Recently i hv recharged 399 plan for 56 days with 3gb daily data but the speed of 0.02mbbps speed if i use continously also full day then i cant complete 1gb per day.

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Sir best way is to use two SIM -One Airtel and One Jio. Jaha airtel bekaar aata hai waha pe jio awesome service hota hai. Jaha jio bekaar aata hai waha Airtel masst service deta hai. This is only solution. No other solution to network problem.

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I did paid 3 month's bill (post paid) in lockdown when my simcard was damaged. Did sent multiple emails, never replied to my questions. I paid the money and moved on. Idea is worst in customer care.

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Even there response to Postpaid to Prepaid convertion is also very bad. Many times they say failed to convert and often inform us to Visit there Store, and for the same conversion fee we can easily port to some other networks.

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Just go to cpgrams portal and register a complaint. Select DOT from the front page while raising the grievance. It goes thru an official route, they are bound to take proper action and submit the report back to ministry.
