    @VodafoneIN i have been a customer of Vodafone for more than 14 yrs but i m not satisfied with the data speed. Recently i hv recharged 399 plan for 56 days with 3gb daily data but the speed of 0.02mbbps speed if i use continously also full day then i cant complete 1gb per day.

    @ViCustomerCare The waiver given was for a genuine reason. Why should i pay for the services which i have not used? I am ready to pay the bill excluding the waiver amount which was included to my last bill. Request you to revise my bill asap & close this issue.
