    @VodafoneIN i have been a customer of Vodafone for more than 14 yrs but i m not satisfied with the data speed. Recently i hv recharged 399 plan for 56 days with 3gb daily data but the speed of 0.02mbbps speed if i use continously also full day then i cant complete 1gb per day.

    @ViCustomerCare VI doing scams in the name of kyc at vi store forcefully converting customer into postpaid giving wrong information that you have to use postpaid for doing kyc...its serious matter Vi store giving fraud information to customer @TRAI look into it.

    @ViCustomerCare Again a pathetic experience from a customer care executive. Didn't even listen to my complaint and disconnected the phone. No resolution so far. Cannot even hear clearly during any incoming or outgoing calls

    @ViCustomerCare You couldn't provide e-sim on my idea number which was evident from your DM so it was time to move and I'm happy to be on @airtelindia now. Gave doorstep service and 24 hours I'll have e-sim. As for you, lost a 2 decade loyalty due to 3rd grade policies.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello vi care! I've been requested for more than 16 years to get vi's network site at our location. I think you don't want to help us all to recieve your service here. Nothing has been installed on our location. We're going to Jio now.
