@VodafoneIN i have been a customer of Vodafone for more than 14 yrs but i m not satisfied with the data speed. Recently i hv recharged 399 plan for 56 days with 3gb daily data but the speed of 0.02mbbps speed if i use continously also full day then i cant complete 1gb per day.

Hi ! Network companies there are 2000 Sim connection in my Village Rupana, Siwani Bhiwani. But Network connectivity is Appro. Zero because of there is no Mobile Tower in our Village. No one is providing us Connectivity please help us . @reliancejio @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare What disgusting recharges you have? I want to activate upi, sms not being sent because 129 plan doesn't allow sending sms. I have main balance as well. I am totally frustrated first by quality of service, now with this nonsense.

Anyways, I paid current month bill including family plan charges of ~186re yesterday and I still get messages every hour to pay the pending amount. Even @ViCustomerCare mobile app showing outstanding as '0' but messages never stopped.

There is no doubt why @ViCustomerCare's business is declining day by day. When you have a team of fools then you are bound to fail. They are harassing me for no reason. If some Manoj Kumar has defaulted then find that person why harassing anyone else. Fools.

@ViCustomerCare r we living in far-off jungles that you're unable to restore the connection. Wht kind of network issues r u facing?! Despite of providing details,being patient,co-operation, a loyal customer who pays before time,is getting poor service at the end!

@ViCustomerCare In your system, if a payment that I have made is not getting reflected is a fault in your system. Why are you sending a message that my bill is overdue and that if I don't pay my mobile service will be restricted? Take corrective action please. cc: @TRAI
