@VodafoneIN Your network is pathetic . Frequent call drop and congestion. But now your service is also pathetic . Unable to open my bill received through email. Showing password incorrect. By the way I don’t need a smart bill. Just send me a regular attachment.

@VodafoneIN You have pathetic coustomer care staff. I was taking with them with politely. I politely told them to Register complain about network issue they cut the call twice.

This 90days with @airtelindia is killing me. The following are the issues which I am facing after converting to postpaid and Airtel is pathetic I wish I was on Vodafone. @ViCustomerCare was the beat. Just wait for main issue 3.

Issue 3: Major Issue and a fraudulent activity from Airtel Mother’s sim and Father’s sim Individual details is interchanged. Mother’s sim is now registered under Father’s name And Father’s sim is now registered under Mother’s name. @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare

If it’s the situation of metro cities, then i could not think about other cities and the service they get. And @reliancejio & @ViCustomerCare are not perfect too, they do have all issues, but what airtel feel is like @apple company but can’t able to provide service like apple
