@VodafoneIN You have pathetic coustomer care staff. I was taking with them with politely. I politely told them to Register complain about network issue they cut the call twice.

@VodafoneIN Your network is pathetic . Frequent call drop and congestion. But now your service is also pathetic . Unable to open my bill received through email. Showing password incorrect. By the way I don’t need a smart bill. Just send me a regular attachment.

Bad network and totally rubbish internet speed got rid of today. The @ViCustomerCare card that I was using for the last 8 years was changed to @airtelindia. Good bye @VodafoneGroup never want to see you again just because of your poor service.

Breaking news for all Vodafone Idea customers!! Be right below the server to get connectivity. That’s what told by the technician to me “Your home is 150mts away from the server location, that’s why there is a connectivity issue”. Wow, thank you @ViCustomerCare 4 letting me know.

@ViCustomerCare what a pathetic service. Four bunnglows store Andheri West Mumbai. It's a no man's land. Who cares..!! Everyone is busy. No system of any customer queue. No one cares shot about you. What's the point in making tall claims.

@ViCustomerCare first thing tomorrow morning I am going to port out from Vi (shiii) postpaid to @airtelindia . You guys block my outgoing calls and data for the bill which is due 4 days from today. 5G toh De nahi sakhte ab normal calling Mai bhai bheek mangre. Stupid company.
