    @VodafoneIN No one got it touch. Worst kind of service from Vodaidea. Have been with vodafone from last 13 years but this is service at its worst

    @VodafoneIN Your network is pathetic . Frequent call drop and congestion. But now your service is also pathetic . Unable to open my bill received through email. Showing password incorrect. By the way I don’t need a smart bill. Just send me a regular attachment.

    @VodafoneIN You have pathetic coustomer care staff. I was taking with them with politely. I politely told them to Register complain about network issue they cut the call twice.

    @ViCustomerCare such a troublesome team you have who give 3rd grade service. They have no answer to why my number gets barred every 10 days. We run 40 numbers with Vodafone India and all I get is trouble. #vodafoneidea #vodafoneguj #ministryoftelecommunications

    @ViCustomerCare my vi simcard showing no service ...i have changed my simcard last year only with the same problem ..how can I raise a complaint in the app ? There is no such possibility to receive a OTP ...

    @ViCustomerCare Got a hilarious call from you just now, asking me to give my post-resolution feedback by responding to an SMS, regarding my complaint of NOT BEING ABLE TO SEND SMS that was closed without a resolution. The joke practically writes itself. @DoT_India @TRAI
