    @VodafoneIN Your network is pathetic . Frequent call drop and congestion. But now your service is also pathetic . Unable to open my bill received through email. Showing password incorrect. By the way I don’t need a smart bill. Just send me a regular attachment.

    @Dishasatra @VodafoneIN @airtelindia I am feeling other way round. Atleast 1 call drop every hour without any fault of phone or signal. @Airtel_Presence is way more irregular a network on regular phone used by a customer since last 19 years! Disappointed by @airtelindia

    @VodafoneIN You have pathetic coustomer care staff. I was taking with them with politely. I politely told them to Register complain about network issue they cut the call twice.

    @VodafoneIN No one got it touch. Worst kind of service from Vodaidea. Have been with vodafone from last 13 years but this is service at its worst

    @ViCustomerCare In Gurdaspur Punjab *Internet speed is very poor from last few weeks *Call drop very frequent *Internet getting disconnected very frequently * 4G is disappearing and H, E showing * Signal level also low Please take action ASAP.

    It has been 4 months since I have been following up with @ViCustomerCare to improve the network coverage in my area but all in vain. Very poor signal New problem: people hear phone ringing but I dn't get call. People think I am ignoring them. @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK #Vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare vi is the biggest mother ****** company my internet isn’t working since last 3 days today I called and ask for solution and they are saying it’s system issues they have never fixed any issues

    I just called @ViCustomerCare for some issue related 2 my no but strange their sernior manager was shouting at their staff brutally. I requested customer care agent to make me talk to his supervisor to escalate bt call is then disconnected. I have recording vl air soon.
