@VodafoneIN You have pathetic coustomer care staff. I was taking with them with politely. I politely told them to Register complain about network issue they cut the call twice.

@VodafoneIN Your network is pathetic . Frequent call drop and congestion. But now your service is also pathetic . Unable to open my bill received through email. Showing password incorrect. By the way I don’t need a smart bill. Just send me a regular attachment.

@Dishasatra @VodafoneIN @airtelindia I am feeling other way round. Atleast 1 call drop every hour without any fault of phone or signal. @Airtel_Presence is way more irregular a network on regular phone used by a customer since last 19 years! Disappointed by @airtelindia

@VodafoneIN facing pathetic network issues in my area. No stable 2g, 3g or 4g network. No data no call nothing... Fluctuating every minute... Network has become bad from worse.

@ViCustomerCare VI has came to fraud calls, after i put up a request for PORT, one of the VI employee calls me and ask to send CANCEL message, telling me she is calling from JIO office and by sending CANCEL message my VI plan would be cancelled. Such a shame @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup

What is dumbest thing in the telecom history? NO SMS SERVICE, in a pack. You can have the prepaid balance but you cant send SMS until you buy Pack Offering SMS. So even if you to port you need to buy SMS pack inorder to send SMS. @ViCustomerCare #looting #VodafoneIdea

@ViCustomerCare Been on vodafone postpaid for 6 years and made a port out request on 22 aug & then your customer care called me several times and asked the reason then assured me to deliver the sim at home along with conversion from postpaid to prepaid but still not delivered..
