Atleast 1 call drop every hour without any fault of phone or signal. @Airtel_Presence is way more irregular a network on regular phone used by a customer since last 19 years! Despite multiple requests, my father was informed at the Vi Store that the number may have been allotted to someone else without notifying me. This number is linked to my banking & important personal accounts.

I have never seen any network doing this even after having plans in active who gave you the rights to disconnect my calling this is terrible. No wonder you are losing customer.

Despite that, I am still receiving 10–12 calls a day along with continuous promotional messages. I have already informed customer care multiple times that my issue has been resolved, yet I am being repeatedly pressured to continue the SIM and opt for new plans. This is becoming extremely frustrating and feels like harassment now. Please stop these calls and messages immediately.
