    @VodafoneIN Your network is pathetic . Frequent call drop and congestion. But now your service is also pathetic . Unable to open my bill received through email. Showing password incorrect. By the way I don’t need a smart bill. Just send me a regular attachment.

    @Dishasatra @VodafoneIN @airtelindia I am feeling other way round. Atleast 1 call drop every hour without any fault of phone or signal. @Airtel_Presence is way more irregular a network on regular phone used by a customer since last 19 years! Disappointed by @airtelindia

    @VodafoneIN You have pathetic coustomer care staff. I was taking with them with politely. I politely told them to Register complain about network issue they cut the call twice.

    @ViCustomerCare Urgent - I have raised so many tickets but I did not get any resolution and its is hell disappointing. I have made around 30 calls to the cust care Issue- I am not able to receive or send any SMS. This started after I raised the PORT req from Mumbai to MH circle.

    @ViCustomerCare flouting laws - 1. preventing customers from enabling DnD/ blocking 2. preventing customers from raising complaints 3. not issuing complaint numbers which are mandatory for escalating grievance to appellate authority. @TRAI pls look into this

    @ViCustomerCare Tum logo ka Tatti network hai Suncity Sector 54, Gurgaon F- Block. Yahan akke apna tower khada krlo, taki log yahan ke sukhi ho jaye. @airtelindia - It's the right time to reach the VI user, here in suncity. Maximum user is tired from the Vodafone worst network.

    @ViCustomerCare Have you all lost it !! Pls pls don’t call again.. I’ve made my decision long time back & have ported my number already ! My complaint was against too many calls after porting and here you are saying that you will call me again !? Am I interacting with a computer !!?

    First there were network outages around 3am and then there has been no 4g connectivity for the whole day. How low can you go? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare is preventing customers from filing complaints, not issuing complaint numbers which is needed to file complaint with appellate authority. they are actually flouting indian laws @TRAI pls look into this
