    @VodafoneIN You have pathetic coustomer care staff. I was taking with them with politely. I politely told them to Register complain about network issue they cut the call twice.

    @VodafoneIN Your network is pathetic . Frequent call drop and congestion. But now your service is also pathetic . Unable to open my bill received through email. Showing password incorrect. By the way I don’t need a smart bill. Just send me a regular attachment.

    @ViCustomerCare VI is the best mobile service provider in India without Network 😜. The company advertisment claims that they have the best speed and network in India, but Indian citizen do not know that the network of VI is only and only for people working in VI and not for Indian customers.

    @ViCustomerCare After 6 hours down the network, you are asking the following details: THis is a village Balaour Nidhi, Gaighat, dist-Muzaffarpur,Bihar-847107, Near Ramouli NH-57. There is no flood, no power cut still VI network is down. This very impacts us.

    @ViCustomerCare Please check the entire history linked to the ticket mentioned in this tweet. Also please use your common sense thata customer who has paid ALL your bills since the beginning of this service, why would he not pay a mere Petty amount of Rs.400/-

    @ViCustomerCare has come up with a scam. When you Port out, they ask you to cancel the port request and then give you offer like 6 months free/12 months free. They don't give any offer after you cancel the port request. So don't fall for it. #vodafoneideafraud @TRAI
