@Dishasatra @VodafoneIN @airtelindia I am feeling other way round. Atleast 1 call drop every hour without any fault of phone or signal. @Airtel_Presence is way more irregular a network on regular phone used by a customer since last 19 years! Disappointed by @airtelindia

How stupid is #vodafoneIndia customer care executives. I have been raising the concern that am not receiving OTP on my mobile and they kept asking for error screenshot. @ViCustomerCare dumbos needs to be trained, i can't provide screenshot for not receiving OTP, you morons!

@ViCustomerCare Yesterday I received my postpaid bill of Rs. 2330, I checked the bill and found that you have added a value added service charge of Rs.6 and Miscellaneous charges(Amazon Prime Subscription) of Rs. 1270.33.

So apparently Vodafone India is scamming people by deducting the balance by subscribing for services for which the customer haven’t requested for. They won’t even take customer’s consent before deducting the balance. #vicustomer #scam #vodafone @ViCustomerCare
