@VodafoneIN Internet is suspended in Parul university Vadodara Waghodia from many days every Vodafone user is facing much inconvenience hope you guys fix this soon I called the customer care they told that there is a techcal issue it will get fixed within 4 hour.

My father has been using Vodaphone for more than 8 years on a postpaid plan of Rs 149. Suddenly out of nowhere the bill summation is Rs 600+ & its mentioned as VAS charges. I'd like to know what these charges are for when he hardly calls people @ViCustomerCare do help
