    @VodafoneIN Internet is suspended in Parul university Vadodara Waghodia from many days every Vodafone user is facing much inconvenience hope you guys fix this soon I called the customer care they told that there is a techcal issue it will get fixed within 4 hour.

    @ViCustomerCare from last 40hrs I'm unable to call but my unlimited pack of 666 is valid till 19th January. Outgoing is stopped from VI. Customer care registered complain but taken no action. Vi service getting pour day by day!!!! Very strange!!!

    @ViCustomerCare I'm unable to send any sms from my vi mobile number. Troubleshooting with customer care from more than 20 days but didn't got any solution, so very poor customer service as well + not even able to port to different subscriber as it requires to send a message first

    @ViCustomerCare Again fake excuse and fooling customer. Karishma - As per the recent communication, you are supposed to share data of site visits done in last one months and you agreed to share. But you haven't shared it, this is what VI customer care. VI, please stop your Network in #india

    @ViCustomerCare Its been 4 days, still waiting for problem to get solve, 10 to 12 plp have called & assisted same, by asking y we want to PORT, then DO 129 recharge,add service number refresh. even if it was not required for PORT as Per Rule Still we did @DoT_India @PIB_India

    Vi is not trust able connect i have 5 connect no out standing balance but i don't why vi block my out going i have requested to all this company are not good you are facing a problem you also switch @ViCustomerCare 👎👎👎👎👎👎
