    @VodafoneIN Internet is suspended in Parul university Vadodara Waghodia from many days every Vodafone user is facing much inconvenience hope you guys fix this soon I called the customer care they told that there is a techcal issue it will get fixed within 4 hour.

    @ViCustomerCare been a Vodafone customer for more than 15 years and now I have made up my mind to move to another service provider. Horrible customer support and not up to date technology and capabilities when compared with the market. Would not recommend Vi to anyone 🙁

    Thank you for providing no help @ViCustomerCare I feel stuck in this situation because I can neither port to @JioCare nor I can avail eSIM services. Now I have to wait and waste 90 days so that I can port to @JioCare request to provide proper knowledge to the vi store reprsnt.

    @ViCustomerCare will someone tell me what’s wrong with your network?? Every time I attend a call immediately after disconnecting it I lose the network on my phone. Problem started few days ago and it’s getting worse !! Can someone from your team help me !!

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Vi. I am using ur 4g data service but data speed is like as 2g. And I have raised a complaint against this before 5 days and today was last day .when I contact to coustomer care they said ur complaint has been closed but still data speed is 2g type.

    @ViCustomerCare Also, master class in Human Computer Interaction! One cannot link to /call the Prepaid customer care from a Postpaid number of the same carrier! But it is permitted from any other carrier’s phone number. Message-switch to another service provider??
