    In wagodiya(Baroda) Parul University, The network/Internet is extremely poor. My plan for 4G but the Internet works on (E) 😩😩. @VodafoneIN Please note this

    @VodafoneIN Internet is suspended in Parul university Vadodara Waghodia from many days every Vodafone user is facing much inconvenience hope you guys fix this soon I called the customer care they told that there is a techcal issue it will get fixed within 4 hour.

    @ViCustomerCare network terrible as always,no internet,even if it's there it's very slow,most of time it's just searching 4 connectivity,issue raised long time back but was'nt escalated properly,have to rely on wifi for Internet,bad not just at 1 place but everywhere.resolve asp

    @shreebhootha @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare is so bad that we can not even consider them as #ScriptReadingMonkeys (as normally people call #ContactCenter) because these people often err out in reading out the documentation too.

    @ViCustomerCare greetings sir I am your customer since 3 years But today i decided to port my sim...then i get offer here mention that on recharge of 599rs get 3gb data for 84 days but benefits not attached yet....Take action and solve my issue...

    @ViCustomerCare Now this is what I call mess of customerservice evn aftr providing all details of my 4G SIM replacement issue,visiting Vi store again providing store info to you, you ended up filing complain against store instead & now your CS calls me to ask what's my complain against store🤦

    @ViCustomerCare Since you have stopped the support for eSim on apple watch , I have decided to port my 15 year old number to Airtel. And on top no updates on 5G . Seriously lethargic and backward looking outlook. Feeling bad to move away on technical grounds.
