    @VodafoneIN Internet is suspended in Parul university Vadodara Waghodia from many days every Vodafone user is facing much inconvenience hope you guys fix this soon I called the customer care they told that there is a techcal issue it will get fixed within 4 hour.

    @ViCustomerCare ur colleague karishma calledntold me dt its changed as my lifetime valid plan is nw won't be available I don't understnd ds as it was my life time valid plan. If it can be done 2 me having 15-16 years of loyal customer n it willnt remain in force dn why should I continue vth VI?

    @ViCustomerCare your service is worst then any other network provider I cant browse internet In every 5 minutes i have to turn on and of airplane plane mode to get some speed i complaints many time in vi store and on call also but nothing has changed finally i switch to other sim

    @ViCustomerCare U guys are playing a stupid role in vodafone. I went to vodafone store to get my card transferred from postpaid to prepaid. He says he will take a request and i will again have to visit gallery some other day. Only while buying post paid u give prompt and easy services..

    @ViCustomerCare your customer service is too bad. Chat support takes ages to respond to every message & then do not help resolve issue. AtStoreReqstd for postpaid to prepaid conversion, didn't happen.Raised complaint (C004-122220400322) got closed w/o action.I was promised callbk

    @ViCustomerCare I wait all day to talk my GF, at night finally we both can spend some moments together, but your network ruin our conversation daily from last 2 weeks. I totally frustrated from your service and I dont want to use it anymore. My suggestion is shut your company.
