    @VodafoneIN Internet is suspended in Parul university Vadodara Waghodia from many days every Vodafone user is facing much inconvenience hope you guys fix this soon I called the customer care they told that there is a techcal issue it will get fixed within 4 hour.

    @ViCustomerCare can u answer why can't a Prepaid Customer PORT to your Prepaid plans? U say "For Verification Rrasons" I need to be on a Postpaid plan for 4 month@ what the hell !!!!

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneBiz After waiting for an hour each time in a queue and visiting 3 times your Vi store in Nadiad, Customer service person(Bhavesh) who was serving me ask me to provide my father’s death certificate, Adhar cards of my father and mine.

    @ViCustomerCare As state by your service executive over the call,you will NOT give any information/help regarding the process to port oit of your company. Not sure if this is in line with @TRAI guidelines and customer service ethics. Wud considr getting hlp from @airtelindia whom I wish to join.
