I have been #airtel customer for 10+ yrs plus w/ 3 mbl srvc. since last yr im complaining #network issues & they didn't do a shit. but prompt in disconnecting outgoing/incoming. Look up my tweets.

@ViCustomerCare hi, I lost my sim card. Called customer care and blocked the same. I went to Vi store for new sim. But they are unable to give me new sim due to docs mismatch. I can show them any id. I had given them my UAID. But they are not able to give sim. #HELP
