@VodafoneIN i recharged my number coz I want to stay home in this Quarantine time but my network is becoming 2g again & again. You are guys giving ads fastest network in bengal & it feels like worst network of WB.There is a cell tower in our 150 mtr radius though it's 2g again

Vodafone is claiming best network in west bengal bet they are the worst. It's getting in 3g network again & again & again. Though there is a cell tower of vodafone nearby @VodafoneIN @TRAI they're just taking our money but don't give a shit about services

@ViCustomerCare They are worst without any doubt. They r liars too. I contacted one of their representatives regarding port, he told me the procedure n said send it to 190 then 1990 then 1900. Shame on u n ur network. I wish every port their sim from voda to any other. Fraud n liars.

@ViCustomerCare Full DND service is active for many yrs now still I continue to get marketing calls due to Vodafone Selling customers' data. Yesterday when I reported Marketing call to DND service in morning.. They bombarded 18 SMSs at 1:47 AM in middle of night. 9986360014.

@ViCustomerCare I just contacted you customer care bcause I can't send SMS with my phone and ur customer executive asked me to recharge with ₹128 to "unbarr SMS" despite the fact that I have balance in my main account. What is this policy nd why can't I use main balance for SMS?
