    @VodafoneIN i recharged my number coz I want to stay home in this Quarantine time but my network is becoming 2g again & again. You are guys giving ads fastest network in bengal & it feels like worst network of WB.There is a cell tower in our 150 mtr radius though it's 2g again

    Vodafone is claiming best network in west bengal bet they are the worst. It's getting in 3g network again & again & again. Though there is a cell tower of vodafone nearby @VodafoneIN @TRAI they're just taking our money but don't give a shit about services

    @ViCustomerCare My wife is stranded in the middle of nowhere while on IRoaming bcs Vi disconnected service suddenly just because she needed to pay another 6k after paying similar amount a week before 2 her postpaid. why don't you ask us to get prepaid instead of making out life miserable. @TRAI

    @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare Yes, unwanted call is a problem for Vodafone users. They keep calling from so many times . I am also planning to switch to other network if the don't stop unwanted call.

    @ViCustomerCare after put prepaid sim in postpaid i lost my buisns and everything my netbanking my buisnes whatsapp account i am requesting to the vi from 8 days and they not help me and just lyng no anybudy come on my until yet for verification vi customer just sleeping nthlpng

    @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare Absolute PATHETIC service by @ViCustomerCare they have complete apathy for their customers, smart story 10 years of usage on their top postpaid plans and no customer care for any challenges, lacks proper coverage and false promises.
