Vodafone is claiming best network in west bengal bet they are the worst. It's getting in 3g network again & again & again. Though there is a cell tower of vodafone nearby @VodafoneIN @TRAI they're just taking our money but don't give a shit about services

@VodafoneIN i recharged my number coz I want to stay home in this Quarantine time but my network is becoming 2g again & again. You are guys giving ads fastest network in bengal & it feels like worst network of WB.There is a cell tower in our 150 mtr radius though it's 2g again

Dear Vi, Didn’t got an update from team that when you will provide Esim to your prepaid customer. It’s been a long time more than 1 & 1/2 year where Jio is already providing the same to the prepaid customers till date @VodafoneIdeaIN @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare

Do you know, now even when you have 5 network bars and the voice never drops during a phone call, you still can't sometimes make payments through UPI apps because your telecom data sucks in all @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia and @reliancejio. Inside the house the data is #ZERO.

@ViCustomerCare @trai recharged my mobile number with 1Year plan(1 Year Back) and unable to send SMS and customer care is saying that you have to recharge your number. My Calls are still going and my plan is valid till feb2022. My VI number is 7369828521 Kindly help

For the past 1 week download speed and upload speed is very poor in my area and also the ping is very much high. I can't use any social media app properly. I have raised the problem few times still it is not fixed. Kindly fix this ASAP. @ViCustomerCare
