@VodafoneIN i recharged my number coz I want to stay home in this Quarantine time but my network is becoming 2g again & again. You are guys giving ads fastest network in bengal & it feels like worst network of WB.There is a cell tower in our 150 mtr radius though it's 2g again

Vodafone is claiming best network in west bengal bet they are the worst. It's getting in 3g network again & again & again. Though there is a cell tower of vodafone nearby @VodafoneIN @TRAI they're just taking our money but don't give a shit about services

@ViCustomerCare My VI mobile connection deactivated stating KYC nonsubmission now. Using this no from 2011. Support asking KYC submission in person at Bangalore. I am in Trivandrum, cannot travel now. Is there a way to submit KYC online/internet? Pls help !

@ViCustomerCare which kind of service is this I have ported my sim from Airtel to VI and now you guys are even doing the same thing.I am realy pissed off with this kind of service i am unable to open a web page of speed test.Please look into this asap or i am porting.
