Vodafone is claiming best network in west bengal bet they are the worst. It's getting in 3g network again & again & again. Though there is a cell tower of vodafone nearby @VodafoneIN @TRAI they're just taking our money but don't give a shit about services

@VodafoneIN i recharged my number coz I want to stay home in this Quarantine time but my network is becoming 2g again & again. You are guys giving ads fastest network in bengal & it feels like worst network of WB.There is a cell tower in our 150 mtr radius though it's 2g again

@ViCustomerCare- Vodafone is shameful service, they are misguiding and giving false answers,even after failing 9 dates still they asking 1 week . Dis shows they are playing and fooling with customers, they want customer to suffer and enjoying it.

@ViCustomerCare I have requested change from Postpaid to Prepaid twice and both the time the request has been rejected. I have my rights to switch to Prepaid for any reason. You try to retain customer to Postpaid and irrespective of what customer says "Request Rejected". @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare There is nothing to give up with @vodafone now We have lost all hopes - I have had it since last 1 year - there is no network at all and mobile seems to have become a landline where you have to stand at one designated place to catch networks

@ViCustomerCare-worst and hell service from Vodafone idea, just taking time and no solution , just extending time, not able to solve any problem, want every month postpaid amount should be cleared, it’s a bad network and should close down immediately.
