@VodafoneIN i recharged my number coz I want to stay home in this Quarantine time but my network is becoming 2g again & again. You are guys giving ads fastest network in bengal & it feels like worst network of WB.There is a cell tower in our 150 mtr radius though it's 2g again

Vodafone is claiming best network in west bengal bet they are the worst. It's getting in 3g network again & again & again. Though there is a cell tower of vodafone nearby @VodafoneIN @TRAI they're just taking our money but don't give a shit about services

@ViCustomerCare please remove customer care from the name because Vi has no idea what does it mean? Due to slow data speed and overpriced plan, i raised complain and since no response I requested for number porting. I got call and offer to improve. I spend 30 mins in call (1/2)
