    Vodafone is claiming best network in west bengal bet they are the worst. It's getting in 3g network again & again & again. Though there is a cell tower of vodafone nearby @VodafoneIN @TRAI they're just taking our money but don't give a shit about services

    @VodafoneIN i recharged my number coz I want to stay home in this Quarantine time but my network is becoming 2g again & again. You are guys giving ads fastest network in bengal & it feels like worst network of WB.There is a cell tower in our 150 mtr radius though it's 2g again

    @ViCustomerCare why don't vi do a survey of signal strength in Lonavala at valvan, valvan gaon 1st, expressway toll naka. The technician should visit the customers and see actual signal strength and see what more can be done to improve. Or tell them change service once for all.

    @AMITKUM78655343 @ViCustomerCare @JessyPinkman117 Absolutely agree with this. These companies charge and increase plans but won't provide service according to it. Why we have to pay for incoming. It's our sim and we bought it so Why pay for incoming.

    @ViCustomerCare Don't prevent any customer to send any msgs on any recharge , on even there is some balance in main account, this is not my personal issue, this is a issue faced by all Vi customer .
