Vodafone is claiming best network in west bengal bet they are the worst. It's getting in 3g network again & again & again. Though there is a cell tower of vodafone nearby @VodafoneIN @TRAI they're just taking our money but don't give a shit about services

@VodafoneIN i recharged my number coz I want to stay home in this Quarantine time but my network is becoming 2g again & again. You are guys giving ads fastest network in bengal & it feels like worst network of WB.There is a cell tower in our 150 mtr radius though it's 2g again

@ViCustomerCare I'm using Rajasthan sim in Mumbai over more than one year. And today u stopped internet service in Rajasthan. Are u bloody fool moron? Can't u stop internet service on area basis. Now I'm facing issue in Mumbai since u stop internet service of Rajasthan's sim!

@ViCustomerCare why do u activate callertune only when cstmr has balance. Nvr gave an input and still amount deducted for 2 mnths. No refund if complaint is regstrd after 24hrs. No notification to prove this. Horrible horrible customer care.

@ViCustomerCare This is the last try which I'm doing. I've complained so many times about the poor and fluctuating internet speed in my area. After this I would have no other option but to port my number. So many complaint requests have been lodged through the app but no action
