Vodafone is claiming best network in west bengal bet they are the worst. It's getting in 3g network again & again & again. Though there is a cell tower of vodafone nearby @VodafoneIN @TRAI they're just taking our money but don't give a shit about services

@VodafoneIN i recharged my number coz I want to stay home in this Quarantine time but my network is becoming 2g again & again. You are guys giving ads fastest network in bengal & it feels like worst network of WB.There is a cell tower in our 150 mtr radius though it's 2g again

@ViCustomerCare pathetic service by your company. My sim card is on hold since 2 days bcz of some minor address error. Imagine if someone is in critical condition. Even after submitting adhar details you are still stopping services of customer. Will meet in consumer court

@ViCustomerCare I am paying for a 2GB daily data plan, but I am unable to use even 10MB a day because the network is practically non-existent. My phone has become useless—people cannot reach me, and when a call somehow connects, the voice breaks constantly, making communication impossible.

I am ASHAMED TO BE AN INDIAN, where companies DONT HAVE SOLUTION FOR CUSTOMERS .. and employees are So Corrupt that they misguide any customer at any point .. no two employees of a company say one same thing .. @ViCustomerCare Worst network work in the world. It was good that there was such a network on the way to wipe out India. The way it has reached the bottom of the stock market has been good. Faltu network I feel good and can't use 4 months money. Airtel Jio is much better than this. Let Gandu's।
