    @VodafoneIN i recharged my number coz I want to stay home in this Quarantine time but my network is becoming 2g again & again. You are guys giving ads fastest network in bengal & it feels like worst network of WB.There is a cell tower in our 150 mtr radius though it's 2g again

    Vodafone is claiming best network in west bengal bet they are the worst. It's getting in 3g network again & again & again. Though there is a cell tower of vodafone nearby @VodafoneIN @TRAI they're just taking our money but don't give a shit about services

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, I have ordered Vi prepaid sim online on 27th yet I haven't received it. I have called customer care no provided in sim order confirmation message and they said I will get a call back but still o haven't got any. Please check and do the needful ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to use my Vodafone number as there is no service . All of a sudden there is no network at all , and I am unable to call or receive calls. What's wrong ? Is your service down?

    @ViCustomerCare Vi Order DCHD28032319217 issue still not resolved.paid for the sim 2days back promised me delivery that day itself.Untill now no delivery.Your exec's are pathetic don't even lift the calls.Understood now why VI is awful my mistake to opt ur service.Kindly refund

    @ViCustomerCare Vi's customer support is very bad whenever I call them they say hang up saying you go to our vi store they will help you better when I go there they talk badly , why should i use vi sim card because these people are not helping me at all. #vicustomercare
