    @ViCustomerCare @Airtel_Presence Is Much Much Better Than Vodafone Idea, Airtel Is Very Active In Resolving Issues And They Make Their Customers Extremely Happy. Now Am Really Regretting Why I Chose VI....Every Month Am Paying 1500 Minimum To VI, I Know Am Wasting My Money....😔

    @ViCustomerCare Roaming charges are high at where he is. He says he was using the app to recharge his account and keep his number active But got logged out yesterday. Ever since then he's facing the OTP issue.

    @ViCustomerCare is an outright fraud organization. They prey on customers who are not very careful/organized. I have a VI pre-paid 4G SIM. I have noticed that I constantly get SMS from VE-Expiry about discontinuation of service, irrespective of when I made a payment.

    @ViCustomerCare I have done all the mentioned steps in the link but still the problem persists and as I told u earlier it happens every month for 2-3days otherwise I face no connectivity issues.

    @ViCustomerCare Ankit here from Pune 411037. The range is so bad. Calls are dropping. Internet not working when calls are going on. Can’t think of anything other than switching to Jio or Airtel. What is wrong? What is the network so bad. I can’t even register a customer complain.
