    Vodafone is claiming best network in west bengal bet they are the worst. It's getting in 3g network again & again & again. Though there is a cell tower of vodafone nearby @VodafoneIN @TRAI they're just taking our money but don't give a shit about services

    @ViCustomerCare I have purchased premium number cost of 9000 rs without any information & bill is cleared my number stopped without any reason I visited vi store executive told me Number deactivated due to bill pending but my bill is cleared So LOOK Into this matter poor service

    @ViCustomerCare I ported my number from another network to #vi .....the tower is visible....still i couldn't activate the sim..... though I call 59059....it says this number is specifically for tele- verification.... but it hangs soon....and asking me to contact @ViCustomerCare
