    Vodafone is claiming best network in west bengal bet they are the worst. It's getting in 3g network again & again & again. Though there is a cell tower of vodafone nearby @VodafoneIN @TRAI they're just taking our money but don't give a shit about services

    @ViCustomerCare what is the easy way to reach your customer care for complaints. Calling 9092000198/198 waste of time. Never connect to service executive. IVR is misleading. For last 2days my elderly parents facing issues on internet and we are not able to reach you.

    @ViCustomerCare Still denied to waive the charges. Don't go for Vi they r asking me to pay Rs. 4246 and charging false amount. I am now going to consumer court to seek help. @jagograhakjago @TRAI Help us as this is our hard earn money. Now threatening that we will not waive the charges.

    2/2 deductions on regular basis. Already thrown my sim of idea long ago for their worst service. Now after merger of Vodafone with idea I have no option but to throw my Vodafone sim. @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup

    @ViCustomerCare I just get my 249 pack for 28 days and guess what... I survey amazingly poor connectivity and lost my 4g network. Waah! Because of that, I can't book my mom's train tickets. Which make me feel like a dumb ***. ... Please make your services great. @MIB_India
