WHY YOUR EXECUTIVES ARE NOT PROPERLY TRAINED ? WHY YOU ARE SAYING DIFFERENT FROM WHAT HE ADVISED ? WHY WILL A LOYAL 14YR OLD CUSTOMER SUFFER DUE TO YOUR EMPLOYEES MISGUIDANCE ?
