    @saggy_6 @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I am also facing the problem with Vi sim. I was postpaid consumer. They every month add VAS without any request from me. Then I converted to prepaid. Now I m in Bangladesh and request 15 times to start IR. I have IR since 24th april. But no action. The company is big Zero.

    @ViCustomerCare I am in hyderabad, observing a very unusual issue. Able to reach my friends and family in odisha but not able to hear anything from them. Not observing the same with other states. Issue been flagged for more then 1 week, no action taken. Please take it urgent
