Vodafone is claiming best network in west bengal bet they are the worst. It's getting in 3g network again & again & again. Though there is a cell tower of vodafone nearby @VodafoneIN @TRAI they're just taking our money but don't give a shit about services

@VodafoneIN i recharged my number coz I want to stay home in this Quarantine time but my network is becoming 2g again & again. You are guys giving ads fastest network in bengal & it feels like worst network of WB.There is a cell tower in our 150 mtr radius though it's 2g again

@vodafone @ViCustomerCare is the only company in my experience who outright ignore their customer when he/she reports a complaint, others at least to calm their customer down, will say they will resolve. VI won't even respond. 5 days and still not resolved. Pathetic Service

@ViCustomerCare - I am getting msgs that I had subscribed to caller tunes n rbt_act_90_days. I have not opted for any addon service. I am charged unnecessarily for the services not opted and the balance is reduced. Not good business pls.
