@ViCustomerCare I'm in a situation where I need the phone the most, & disappointed by your worst service ever. Recharged my number via paytm, amount got deducted but I didn't got what I paid for. Payment of 299 done at 29/04/21 at 2:35 PM, through paytm & order id is 13417819212

@ViCustomerCare Vodafone idea ur target is to loot ur customers nd grow revenue? u r failing drastically. Why my billing cycle was changed a year ago without my consent also charging late payment that also rs.100? The reversal request was taken nd thn rejected by a very rude representative? Why?
