@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdeaIN On July 8, I paid the bill for my previous operator — they confirmed the payment. I even mailed you with the proof, and you replied on the same. And yet, you went ahead and blocked 2 of my 4 numbers saying the bill wasn’t paid? Are you seriously this dumb? How is it even possible that I paid for 2 numbers and didn’t pay for the other 2 — when I receive a SINGLE combined bill for all 4? The level of stupidity is honestly insane. I contacted your customer support, and as expected — without checking anything — they said: "Sir, payment not done." Just like that. No brain, no records, just copy-paste answers. Do you even train your staff or just hire people who can answer calls? This is what you call “support”? This is the kind of trash service you're giving postpaid customers? I can’t even imagine what prepaid users go through. I ported from Airtel because I wasn’t getting proper signal at home. But turns out you’re even worse than them. ❌ Worst customer support ❌ Worst data speed ❌ Worst telecom company I’ve ever used Absolutely pathetic.

@ViCustomerCare Dear Vi Customer Support, I am using a Vodafone SIM in my Motorola G85 5G smartphone, which supports VoLTE and 5G. However, I am unable to make calls over 4G/VoLTE—calls are falling back to 2G even when VoLTE is enabled in my phone settings.
