  @ViCustomerCare As perVI rep Miss karishma, my info is not available in VI database and i have to go to vodafone store. Seriously!!. It is who VI terminated my membership. If VI team cannot help what will vodafone store guy do. Request VI to activate my Amazon membership or refund me Rs. 1499.

  @ViCustomerCare Hello Please be advised that I got a postpaid phone connection after visiting a Mohali Vodafone store around 30th of March, 2022 or so. I had no clue as to what I was getting into but I was handed down a postpaid connection.
