    @ViCustomerCare,I paid ā‚¹4k for international roaming pack,but the service has been extremely disappointing.Most of the time Iā€™m getting only 1 signal bar,network is unstable& 5G speeds aren't com. This is unacceptable for paid IR roaming .#Vi #VodafoneIdea #InternationalRoaming

    There should be a "refund" option if your service provider is not able to provide network @ViCustomerCare do one thing, just simply warn your customers that you are not able to provide network in there area kindly switch to another network provider OR JUST GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR

    @ViCustomerCare I contacted customer support today, but the executive incorrectly stated that my number is not a Vodafone Idea number and refused assistance. I have been using this number with Vi for years and regularly recharge it through the Vi app. Please investigate and help.

    @ViCustomerCare @AnanyaBirlaX sorry to share the inhumane attitude of vi staff. In May I switched to Postpaid from Prepaid. Call centre called for PV. Inspite of providing details my number is Suspended. Iā€™m in dire need as my kid is in hospital. Vi centre staff refuses to help

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, there is a major network issue in Dariapur area,Ahmedabad.All Vi users in our area are getting zero signal indoors.Voice calls are constantly breaking,and the other person cannot hear us.Please look into this and fix the network coverage here immediately.
