  @ViCustomerCare One thing I've been noticing for some time now is that 2G networks are at home? 4G network is showing this thing outside? Why would this thing happen? As many telecom companies as there are, no one has 2G service yet? The only service you have is 2G?

Users are fed up of this 🤯 Intolerable behaviour by the consumer support, no feedback on complaints, no tweet replies nothing! Fake statements: "We don't want to loose you" will not gain you any sympathy! Consistent poor service.
