    @ViCustomerCare Greetings, I believe the issue here is about the privacy. I am not a VI user; but I am fascinated how quick the conversation between me and my friend taken by the smart phone with out internet connectivity at the moment and sent back to me as an advertisement. GREAT.

    @ViCustomerCare I still don't have any data connectivity. But i am being charged for it, obviously, because Vodafone wants it's money, whether or not service is available. What is going on? Is this some new scam? To charge customers and not provide service?

    @ViCustomerCare Sim activation not done for my number despite visit to VI, Alpha Commercial Belt, Greater Noida with all documents. Now, being told by VI customer care to visit again. It is harassment of VI customers by VI only.

    Tweet 3. @ViCustomerCare from last 3 months wrong deduction are happening. Today I make a call after many years and the response is so pathetic, I feel cheated. They deliberately insult me. If my problem is not resolved within 24 hours, I will take steps.

    @ViCustomerCare A simple request of sim change not done despite visiting Vodafone center in Sec 18, Noida and writing mail to cc and your appellate officer. Such pathetic customer service for old loyal customer.
