    @ViCustomerCare hi everyone waste net work in india recently I have join in this vodafone before it was now when it has merged with idea network is very poor their is no network I have raised complete also till now no issue 2g, 3g and 4g in old city waste network

    @TheNetworkWala @ViCustomerCare You are lucky. You may have best experience... i am facing 'E' symbol for last 3 months. 7 complain, 8 tweets, so many customer calls-. In reply I got Typical answers, fake promises , poor service

    @ViCustomerCare I am using vi postpaid and having problem of 4g, after calling to customer care there is no resolution I got. So can you please how would you become India's fastest network. Poor customer service. Wasted a huge money on Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been a costumer for more then 3 years, and I'm not sure if I'm experiencing the worst telecom service of my life, call forwarding is automatically activated on my number without my concern and what's worst is I'm not even able to disable it.
