  @ViCustomerCare the SIM only delivers 3G or 4G speeds. My request to Vi is this: if you offer a 5G plan, ensure the service quality matches the capability so that customers don't have to constantly toggle 'Flight Mode' to get a connection. I believe that if a customer is loyal to the company,

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India I’m not deleting the number. +919953015328 is being used for marketing calls, which is illegal. Asking customers to remove evidence is not a resolution. Take action and confirm publicly.
