You have to listen 30seconds lecture in mr. Bachhan's voice, to know that the number you are calling is out of network or switched off. Dear @ViCustomerCare this is frustrating.

@ViCustomerCare @BSNLCorporate It's the starting to port, now rest 5 more connection, I have to port out. 24*7*365 network issue in VODA. Did complaints multiple times but no resolution and improvement. In these 5 there r 2 postpaid connections also. I will port them asap. Now feeling relax.
