    @ViCustomerCare This is not only my problem, it is also the problem of my village and nearby villages, you have your mobile tower in my village but at least once in 10 to 15 days there is no network for 24 to 48 hours.But you will not solve this problem, this problem is not there from today. Ok

    @VodafoneIN Worst class of service Customer support refused to take complaint. Vodafone should leave giving service also and they are not able to cope in market .

    Gross negligence by @ViCustomerCare! MNP SIM delivered on 8th June, active on 10th, but NO network. Cust care says "SIM is damaged, visit store." Why should a solo woman travel to another town because VI delivered a faulty SIM? ₹365 recharge wasted, 7 days lost! Fix this ASAP!

    @ViCustomerCare Unacceptable. Your retention team promised a ₹100 monthly discount on the ₹451 postpaid plan. After changing my plan, customer care says no such offer exists. This is misleading. I've lost all trust in Vi and will port out this morning.
