    @PRIME1572 @ViCustomerCare I am having a problem which vodafone didn't solve. Got a duplicate sim which I was told to get it activated within 2 hours, now one day over no action. very pathetic customer care. Many calls to customer care and two visit to Mini store. No action yet.

    @VodafoneIN In the era of 5g vodafone is not able to provide quality 2g service. It need to shut down their business from India. Still Idea is better than vodafone. Don't know what is the benefit of merger.

    @ViCustomerCare is the worst network with the most laid back customer care service system. Forget promptness,they reply as per their convenience with nonsense solutions to grave network and internet issues.I made a mistake buying a #Vi / #GigaHoax sim in the first place. #QuitVi
