    @ViCustomerCare there is some issue with my data pack I recharge 149/- pack everytime and its get iver in 2 days where as the plan is of 28 days. This is been happening since a month now i have recharge 2-3 times in a month. Please help!

    @consaff Pathetic customer service by @ViCustomerCare. Sim not working abroad despite IR on. CC asked for re-issue of sim, all docs provided, activation request submitted 4 times in 2 weeks by the store rep. The processing teams say they are not getting the request. All clueless!
