@ViCustomerCare hello VI, is it possible to port my number from Airtel to VI. I was using Airtel’s prepaid pack with active plan still remaining for 48 days. Suddenly out of the blue network is showing no service and I desperately want to PORT to VI.

@ViCustomerCare I tried to send normal sms but since so many attempt when nothing happened I called your customer care and that is also very hard to reached. But your executive said if I want send single sms I have to recharged with minimum 128/- WTF. Seriously guys.
