  @ViCustomerCare I am VI UP(EAST) user since 5-7 years but continues problem in making call and call drop.And open any banking app like UMOBILE PAYTM AUR GOOGLE PAY PHAONE PE etc . Also problem in open educational aap (problem in whole VI UP (east))

  @ViCustomerCare She is shouting for the mistake that the Vodafone representative failed to close my account. Worst ever customer service and response that a network can offer to their customer! If at all you care about loosing the customer please do call immediately. Else I’m complaining to TRAI
