    Hi Since last few days network in my house has gone extremely poor, we have around 8-9 numbers in the house if the problem persists I will have to port all the numbers. Please resolve this issue asap @ViCustomerCare

    @India_Hero9 @ViCustomerCare Vi no longer values its customers like they used to in the past. Many customers are facing such problems where even after calling the centre and visiting the store, issues are left unattended.

    @ViCustomerCare one postpaid connection network has gone all of sudden. Only solution to activate the sim is by doing simx. No stores nearby.

    @ViCustomerCare Why have you kept the customer service at all? All the time they are saying "Your problem will be solved". I have been trying to contact the customer service for a long time. Sometimes they end the call without even saying anything before I complete my complaint.
