    @ViCustomerCare due to most third class and worst quality network services provided by VI in my area , I am not willing to further continue with my VI Mobile number 9073519295. Hence deactivate my VI number 9073519295 immediately without any further query or representations.

    @ViCustomerCare People should be aware. VI is unnecessary charging money from customer for there own mistake. Multiple time same experience. Not providing nodal office no nor ceo customer escalation desk details. Why should customer pay without any fault. Poor customer service.

    @ViCustomerCare I spoke with the contact number you shared, still no resolution. Please take quick action to prevent misuse of my number by the fraud person. My mobile is associated with bank accounts as well. Kindly priorities and at least first block the number to prevent misuse.
