    @ViCustomerCare I had raised my query to port my number from bsnl to vi 4 days ago and till now it is not ported. I was told it will be ported in 3 days. I have received the sim and it is also showing the network but BSNL sim is still active.

    @ViCustomerCare this is very frustrating abt Vodafone Mayur Vihar phase 1 Delhi store that untrained staff's foolishness n attitude n customer is left for visiting store again n again like govt dept, neither nodal nor appellate team serious abt it for years.

    @ViCustomerCare Disappointed with the service at your Aurangabad, Bihar store (MG Rd, near JK Hotel). The partner's brutal. I went for a new SIM and a specific number, but was flatly declined and mistreated. This is a storenot a roadside stand do better. 😡 #Vi #CustomerService

    @ViCustomerCare I have sent you more than twenty five emails in last one and half months, but there has been no rectification. Called on 199 etc, visited Vi store twice. No resolution. Most hopeless service
