    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio providers like Jio keep annoying every time you call some one and first we need to listen that the recharge is gng to expire, it's me as customer who has to take a call if we need to recharge or not, it's like putting some one on gunpoint to ric

    It seems like the folks at @ViCustomerCare aren't even trying to keep up the facade of continued service and customer support. In 12 years the consumer focused #telecom market with multiple players, has become a graveyard with terrible consolidation. #Oligarchy is anti-consumer.
