    @ViCustomerCare My number is 09724065740 Not proper network Showing not reachabel most of time. Same was in 07046365740 That i have to port in other tele operator. By mistake i have done recharge foe one year in 09724065740 otherwise i wish to port this number also.

    @ViCustomerCare @neeraj_k_yadav Why u ******** think that this basic troubleshooting steps is going to resolve the issue. Problem is in your network. Try to improve it or shutdown the company

    @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio Again the Vi Team prvd thr services / product r pathetic. while upgrading the plan I'd veen informed that the Amazon Prime Subscription would be offered complimentary for a year, and while I'd unsubscribed my previously paid membership ahead on time, Vi's offer was never extnded
