  This is outrageous by @ViCustomerCare . How can you disable outgoing sms for affordable packs. Not able to login to payment apps because of your stupid services. Definitely porting my sim this week

  @ViCustomerCare I went to gallery to pay the amount, he said that I should come tomorrow, since he doesn't know how to take payment for inactive no.!! Seriously!!! 1st I get bill inspite of paying final amt, then this!!! Network n service both r pathetic!!!!

  @ViCustomerCare i have lodge many complaint regarding poor net speed, inspite for working on resolution you close all complaint in 2-3days. I never use internet properly 😔 Refund my money else i"ll port out my 9418564343 no.

  Dear @ViCustomerCare my outgoing has been barred. Tried all possible ways, from restarting to refreshing. It would be great if you could solve this issue asap. Since outgoing is barred I can't reach the helpline. Thanks.
