    Hello @ViCustomerCare, I am at my natives place for 3 weeks and my mobile number is almost dead. No network coverage, no calls no messages. When someone dialing my no, ivr saying it's a wrong number. What kind of service it is? Very disappointed :( #vodafoneidealimited

    @ViCustomerCare this number 9711551145 was purchased by me but I never activated the SIM. I have never shared OTP for activating the sim, then how can you generate monthly bills??@DoT_India @TRAI. Now everyday i am receiving calls from recovering agents.

    @ViCustomerCare @doy @TRAI now the network down issue is solved and internet connectivity work properly but this kind of waiting for calling on VI customer care and they disconnect me total 3 times that was ridiculous

    @ViCustomerCare I think this should be taken care by International brand like @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK. You are sending all your customer information to any unknown email id. Pls correct your system first and then expect it from people like us.
