@subratborah @ViCustomerCare Service levels across service providers is same. There's no accountability. I'm told that to fix this fault, it could take upto 7 days. That's how serious they are about customer services.

@ViCustomerCare hi vi ,this is idea customer from Guna( m.p. ) . There is no calls,no internet here.again not getting good Service from you. Now I am porting my this no. to Airtel. At least Airtel have good signal and internet connection.

I would like to know what action had been taken by Vi @ViCustomerCare and if nothing has been done (which seems most likely) i request @TRAI to please pull up the service provider for making a mockery of the process.
