    @ViCustomerCare The person told will send troubleshooting steps as the mobile data is not working Those steps are even available online n we are not lame people like you to pass the buck In spite of that no email is sent. Why do yu at all run a company when u have no competency to fix an issue

    Hey @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare what the hell is going on? 3 days now and my phone is basically useless. It's stuck on a 2G EDGE network in Ahmedabad I use it for work, I’ve already missed stuff because of this I'm paying for 5G and getting this **** I'm changing my network

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup again you have deducted the prepaid balance, this is harassment. This is the 5th time this month. Customer care refunded money once, but no justification no permanent solution.

    @ViCustomerCare Deactivated my SIM without any valid reason or prior notice. No justification, no resolution. This is unacceptable. If not restored immediately, I will escalate this to @TRAI and take formal action. No wonder Vi is losing customers rapidly.

    @ViCustomerCare Still no network at my house. I was promised the issue would be resolved by the 22nd, but nothing has been done yet. This kind of delay shows a lack of concern for customer problems. Expected much better from such a reputed company. #PoorService #CustomerExperience
