I've Visited Vi to get my missing sim. There was a receptionist named #Pooja ask me to recharge with 100₹ I refused it because I've already have a recharge & than she refuse to issue me that sim. Her behavior is not right as a company employee @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare

@imsanjaybeing @ViCustomerCare @Paytmcare Agreed with You, changing service provider to BSNL. Paytm is also a "KACHRA App". everytime when I recharge through this app, most of the time I encountered same error. One go m recharge kabhi nahi hota.

@ViCustomerCare how 3rd class service and business model you have. Each week you cut main balance in the name of VAS, which user doesn't started. Each time you return money and deduct again. How shameless your service is. Any solution for this harrasment?
