    @ViCustomerCare @vodafoneIN_Fdtn Complaint No.- MP-V01099524139 Hey i have issued a time of 1 month as it was told that we are looking for site in your area and soon i am moving too my hometown hope the problem is resolved if not then it's not good i will change operator soon.

    Why is it that when we raise a grievance to the Nodal Officer of @ViCustomerCare the call back comes from a Competitor's Customer Service number and 'Engineer' on the ground writes a false report as 'No Issue' found in 4.5 minutes of visit with zero technical investigation?

    @ViCustomerCare I have two VI Cards in same phone one prepaid and one post paid. The post paid works proper but prepaid not working

    @ViCustomerCare I do not need to DM. All I need is that if I am writing to the Nodal Officer, a reply should come from the Nodal Officer and not Customer Support. Can you organize that to be honored as per the requirement by TRAI regulations Isha?

    @ViCustomerCare I have a prepaid card and have a balance of 1.2gb left yet not able to browse anything. Other end able to see 4g and 1.kb/s speed on the screen of my mobile. I did restarted the phone but the issue is the same.
