@ViCustomerCare I have network issue since 1-2 months , I did complaint in vi app on 17th September but no any improvement yet and without solving my problem they closed my complaint without asking me even they don't know it's resolve or not , what type of service is this.

Your team member rudely refused any kind of refund for the months April-August and says the service got activated with your "consent". So apparently @ViCustomerCare assumes it's customer's consent without them having any clue about it. Nice. (3)
