@ViCustomerCare Very bad vi sim data speed when I play better ground mobile India it constant gives up to 150ms to 300 ms ping even Jio sim constant gives 40 to 50 ms ping Jio batter than Vi sim

In 2021 I’m not a fool to activate these services for games and stupid songs for caller tunes. Very pathetic service from @ViCustomerCare As I am just using VI as a secondary SIM, I was not checking balance @TRAI Can I log a complain against the service provider. Is it possible?
