@ViCustomerCare @KumarMBirla @rmstakkar Ur internet service is very terrible, it's all the time. Customer service doesn't work. 199 and 198 not available. Without internet you can't complain on vi app. Even if we try, there is virtual assistant. Its horrible totally.

Unlimited surfing at 4g speeds is just marketing gimmick from @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN it’s already 13 mins past midnight & I still cant surf. Poor service

@ViCustomerCare Please improve Indoor 4G coverage at the given location. Only Edge Network is present in Indoors Location:- KV,Dhenkanal, Banamali Prasad ,Dhenkanal Pincode - 759015 If issue isn't resolved by 20th June ,then I will have to port out surely @DoT_India
