  @ViCustomerCare Thank you for the response. I have already shared the issue multiple times through customer care and email but no resolution has been provided yet. Requesting refund/reversal since the recharge amount was deducted but the service is still unusable.

  “5 days passed after ordering Vi SIM online. Even after complaint and 72-hour assurance, still no delivery, no update, no response. Very poor customer service and complete waste of customer time. Please solve this immediately @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare Payment accepted through the official Vi App, but the service was never activated and the SIM still shows “No Service”. Multiple calls, emails, and complaints later, still no proper resolution. Requesting immediate refund/reversal.@ConsumerVoiceIn @ViNewsOfficial
