    @ViCustomerCare finally apne pure family ka vi sim airtel me port kra diya hai aaj raat 11.0 ke baad new sim me network aa jayega mai call automatically disconnected , poor call quality se pareshan tha 8 months se complaint kar rha tha lekin sab bewkoof bna rhe rhe

    @ViCustomerCare pathetic service. Your store people are full of attitude and cannot do the job right. I requested a sim replacement and was told to come back with original Id, I went back got it scanned and now I come to know it's rejected as was not scanned properly. Who's fault

    @ViCustomerCare cheated with us. 20 days gone. But still problem is not slove. They only registered a complaint and send complaint no. Worst service provider is VodafoneIdea. I request to all my followers of twitter please do not used Vi network. Worst network is Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare My issue is not resolved. I really don't know what kind of customer care you have. last 24 hours I have visited the Vodafone store 4 times. A simple request just activates my SIM, that's it. Store Address is: Mehrauli Gurgaon Road JMD Towers, near Bristol Hotel, Gurugram-122002

    @ViCustomerCare @DisneyplusHSVIP In a city like Mumbai, the network of Vodafone Vi is third class, we have not been able to connect for 3 days, we have also complained about customer care from the net but there is no such benefit and we are not able to use the net.
