    @ViCustomerCare finally apne pure family ka vi sim airtel me port kra diya hai aaj raat 11.0 ke baad new sim me network aa jayega mai call automatically disconnected , poor call quality se pareshan tha 8 months se complaint kar rha tha lekin sab bewkoof bna rhe rhe

    @ViCustomerCare I have raised for closure of Vodafone account on 18th November, still it is not closed. And new bill is generated now,will not be paying a single amount. Worst customer service.

    @ViCustomerCare and made me talk to the customer care. After talking to that for an hour and telling him why I don't want a prepaid the customer care didn't acknowledge my request and added a 100rs discount to my bill (btw I cannot avail that even).

    @ViCustomerCare post that the store gave me Sim but it is not activated still. I visited them again to which they again told me very rudely that you call customer care at 199 and port Kara lijie Hume nahi chahiye aap jaise customer.

    @ViCustomerCare I took this connection 9846046846 after paying 2000 deposit from past 25 years now VI network and then ported to Jio because of false commitment by customer care.Just for mere 79.87 they blocked my Jio network shame on you VI even though my deposit is with you.

    @Abhishe80695706 @ViCustomerCare Vi store people fool the customer and change the prepaid number to postpaid and then even after 90 days they do not convert to prepaid and threaten the customer to do whatever they want, my old number is 8899257070

    @ViCustomerCare I have been harassed by your In store as well as customer care employees repeatedly. They keep transferring me to one another and are not letting Me get postpaid converted to prepaid. The store employees told me that they aren't authorised to change the Sim.
