  @ViCustomerCare , I got a call from a guy telling me that my port request has been raised twice and i need to send an sms CANCEL to 1900. That would stop me from porting when i told he disconnected. What a shame, someone not so tech savy would have fallen for the trap. #portvi

  @ViCustomerCare @youbroadband internet not working for last 4 days because of cable cut. No one wishes to repair. Pathetic service!
