    @ViCustomerCare finally apne pure family ka vi sim airtel me port kra diya hai aaj raat 11.0 ke baad new sim me network aa jayega mai call automatically disconnected , poor call quality se pareshan tha 8 months se complaint kar rha tha lekin sab bewkoof bna rhe rhe

    @ViCustomerCare No internet connectivity in kanpur nagar for last 5 days. Customer care says wait 24 hours it will be resolved and all the complaints are resolved without any solution. Vi internet issues in all areas of Kanpur nagar. I don't what you people are doing seriously 😶

    @ViCustomerCare Hi. Sorry, I've either been busy or don't get network on my Vodafone SIM. You can call be today. But then it depends if I'm in an area where I get your network or not (which has not been the case this whole year of using your sim again). Have a nice day.

    @ViCustomerCare I was trying to port my sim in jio ..but I got one call from your Idea with wrong information which made me cancel my port and also I tried to reach him ..his phone was switched of ..I already spend my money on port which got wasted and When I tried

    @ViCustomerCare what's with the ridiculous upload speeds you're offering, can't even attach files to a mail, after repeated complaints you managed to give zero positive responses. Is there any solution to this, a top-up recharge for uploads over an existing pack?!!
