    @ViCustomerCare finally apne pure family ka vi sim airtel me port kra diya hai aaj raat 11.0 ke baad new sim me network aa jayega mai call automatically disconnected , poor call quality se pareshan tha 8 months se complaint kar rha tha lekin sab bewkoof bna rhe rhe

    @ViCustomerCare Unable to use Vi VoLTE on my number even after the settings are turned on, I'm using Galaxy S20 FE which supports Vi VoLTE and it's unavailable on my number! Did multiple restarts but unable to use. Kindly active my VoLTE Service on my Vi Number.Kindly takeaction

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic service. Still w8ing for the refund of Amazon prime subscription from last 1 month. Already paid the bill in the month of July. Already visit the store 3 times talk with customer care but no solution.

    @FinProff07 @ViCustomerCare You are the lucky one.I am waiting for one month to get help.Rude staff, when I said there is a network issue,he said ‘use Wifi’. Billing cycle was changed without any information, charges were added without any information.Mine is a corporate account.Even then @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare my dad had a life altering surgery last year & is bedridden.84days recharge on 20july but sim stopped working last week. Customer care says nothing can be done, No process for Medical patients & want him to come to the store to exchange it. He can't! (1/2)
