    @ViCustomerCare I lost my prepaid vi sim so I went to a vi store they gave me a postpaid sim due to some issues with prepaid and also told me to convert it to prepaid after 120 days but when I contacted Vi Care thrg Call they said you can converted it today also So I think (1/n)

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Sir / Mam, I Jitu Ahir using mobile number 7377378371 , 7377378372 wants to port out my number from Vodafone to Airtel , but the thing is that I am getting an error which says UPC cannot be generated as there are contractual obligations with you service.     @ViCustomerCare i am in Europe. I can recieve call and sms but can't make call and sms I have isd pack activated I have done complain in customer care . Even mail to nodal office But no body replying, technical teamcontact me on WhatsApp 1week ago but still facing same problem

    @ViCustomerCare @consumerforum_ KAR-V01018961808 was closed without any resolution. They didn't even chk before closing. I cled cust serv and came to knw my complaint is closed. Nobody has ny idea what's going on. Totally Unprofessional. They opened a new complaint to save ***.

    @ViCustomerCare We spoke over the call and I’ve been asked to change the SIM card . How simple! Will try this out next week and see still the network is ok or no! If not then, goodbye to loyalties :) will get Airtel card
