Hey @ViCustomerCare I had raised data speed issue almost a week back. I was told I will be contacted back. I got complaint resolved text msg after 2 days. Nobody talked or wrote to me. So I reopened the ticket. Now got the same text again. What is this???

I am user of VI and due to network problem i want to port my sim but @ViCustomerCare is just giving illogical reasons and not porting my sim from 6-7 days. It is a request to @TRAI to help me in porting my sim. And register a complaint against VI.
