  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India I have IR issue in progress. Vi representative named Vijaya called on the alternative number provided and when we questioned her about the problem, she cut the call. First lie and then cut the call. Amazing service! Issue is pending since month.

  @VodafoneIN_News @ViCustomerCare I have sent 3 emails for my concern and every time I got that you will send me comprehensive reply. Wonder what investigations in world you are doing to reply comprehensive report for simple issue. Can you improve your customer reply accordingly

  @ViCustomerCare - Vodafone Customer Care - I have recently Recharge my number 9013628872 with the given plan but as on Date, I am not able to make normal or video Calls, neither do WhatsApp calls & chats & access internet too. This number is used by my Wife. Please Help.

  @ViCustomerCare u r number 1 in providing hopeless service in india, Do u know that, Jst coz of my heavy work schedule i m unable 2 port out,bt now enough is enough. u think its good 2 cry infront of govt abt ur loss making business rather than improving quality in service. Shame
