    @ViCustomerCare The pathetic @ViCustomerCare at its play again. We just left Delhi & network is gone. Can't make/receive calls again. We were assured this will not happen again, for sure, but all lies. Can we take this VI to court for harassing us customers, taking money but not giving service?

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you for not escalating and using cut copy paste templates to simply close my ticket. I figured a resolution by visiting the bank myself as your ORM team was only interested in closing my ticket by simply saying- resolution by 28 Sep. No expedition, no humanised reply.

    I'm totally frustrated with @ViCustomerCare Interest is so slow for last few days that I'm unable to use it for anything. Thinking of porting to @airtelindia
