    @VodafoneIN I already provided the details on 14th march but still no visit and solution and if you will come with Lockdown excuse so it was imposed on 23 March. And your executive was supposed to visit in 48 hours as per SLA.. check our DM you will come to know.

    Dear @Idea or @VodafoneIN its been more than 24 hours that my phone is without network. Your customer care is not able to give better answers than to "switch on-off your mobile" or "re-insert SIM"!! we are already going throrugh tough time, can you plz rectify it immediately !

    @VodafoneIN I have a Mumbai Voda number and want to convert it into the Delhi Vodafone because of lack of connectivity and no internet. Also, the conversion of Postpaid to Prepaid connection but I’m not finding how to process this thing or there’s no response at customer care! This is big
