    @VodafoneIN My reason is very clear, I m fade up by your network service and customer support. It's really a painful that no one is here to listen n resolve the issue. I was trying since 2 months to fix my network issue but the problem was identified in phone 😤

    @ViCustomerCare already shared my information but why you not helping?? issue is just with my Vi number , not with other Vi numbers. Just only on my number, network gets switch to 2g when someone calls me, this is frustratin @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I also visited a Vi Store regarding this issue. The store staff informed me that I need to wait for 6 months, which is not acceptable as I urgently need this mobile number for my personal use.

    @ViCustomerCare I want to notify you of a scam running by you. I combined my two numbers into a family plan more than 3 months back. Now I want to split it but Vi is trying every bit to not do that. Hanging up calls, stalling for resolution again and again. Ticket: 3-151099229072

    @ViCustomerCare I'm using un Vodafone network In last 10 years my area network issue not improved Tamilnadu Krishnagiri (dt) Pochampali (tk) Barur (po) Kattukollai (vill) 635201 My area network improve posible or not tell me I will change other network 🛜 side @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Still no response? If this is your service before my SIM is even active, it is better to refund my payment. I will port to Jio or Airtel. Totally disgusting and pathetic service. Tried calling and emailing, but nothing works.

    If you use a service for 1-2 days or even activated in last week of bill period @ViCustomerCare charges for whole month. So think twice before taking #VI Services. They are just looting their customers

    @ViCustomerCare I want to port to @airtelindia. For that I need to split the family plan. But now you are making every effort to stop me from doing that. Giving silly execuses. For last 4 days, I am harrased mentally by you @ViCustomerCare. Is it the cost to be your customer?

    @ViCustomerCare Not only me many people in my area are facing the same problem.. No voice teansmission since last 3-4 days.. Area STATION FEEDER ROAD, SILIGURI DIST- DARJEELING, WEST BENGAL, PINCODE- 734005 If the problem persists we will be happy to switch network.
