    @VodafoneIN My reason is very clear, I m fade up by your network service and customer support. It's really a painful that no one is here to listen n resolve the issue. I was trying since 2 months to fix my network issue but the problem was identified in phone 😤

    @ViCustomerCare to the nearest VI store in Baghajatin(kolkata-700092) but they said bring your brother we want to take live digital photo of him. I stated and showed all relevant documents but they denied and also I did the mail to your customer care with necessary documents

    @ViCustomerCare I want to change billing cycle of my 2 postpaid corporate numbers. But customer care says not possible. Very disappointed with VI. Will have to think of porting to Airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare Please upgrade to 4G network in my area still receiving 2G network in my area, Previous month purchased a new SIM thought my area would have covered VI 4G but it is still 2G in my area, if you upgrade to 4G in my area I would like to continue using VI.

    @ViCustomerCare Where is your network tower in shakun nagar Fatehpur UP 212601. Is it too far? Then why network dont comes. Upgrade the network and solve network issues. @Airtel_Presence does ur network good in Fatehpur? I want to port.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst @ViCustomerCare service ever. migrated from airtel postpaid to vi and my outgoing is blocked from 2 weeks. Poorest service I experienced in my entire time of using phone. #ShameOnVi
