    @ViCustomerCare Today I have been at one of your vi-store at chakala JB nagar branch and below is my experience.Pathetic service provided in this store,They charged you unnecessarily. It was just a sim replacement but didn't happen

    @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare It is a remarkable instance that most of the customer care exe's are always has a set of pre-ddfined solutions or answers and they never try to understand what the customer is conveying. Inspite, in emergency, it's strange to expect to have a talk with customer care exe 😳

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, we have worked on your complaint no. APR-V01202279000. We are currently planning corrective steps to resolve your issue soon. In case you arent satisfied, you can appeal at 198 (Toll Free) within 30 days. Reopen again because issue is not solved ok
