    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Too slow speed. I have used 249.1mb of today and is going slower to slowlest. Please improve the speed. 4G is running more slower than 2G in a full network area.

    @vajajay14 @ViCustomerCare you are right really network is very poor I planed to change my operator from VI to another operator I suggest you to change operator or ask your friend to change their operator @ViCustomerCare

    @VodafoneIN @ViCustomerCare managment shld be proactive, not be silent.Customer care executives/Competitors are foul playing to port out customers, saying #vodafoneidea is about to close. Whn Airtel chairman says 2.5 operator markt,Vi managment shld come forward to confront it.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare The worst service I got from Vi is tweeting here. On June 7th, I made a recharge of 449. It did not work because of a server issue. It's been 23 days. My refund is not credited. I have called and mailed. Still no response. Interaction number is KEL-V00499539065

    @ViCustomerCare why do you claim that your network is fastest 4g network. Do do you really use your own 4g network. If Answer is YES then you are also frustrated like me , as I am also using Vodafone idea network.
