    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Too slow speed. I have used 249.1mb of today and is going slower to slowlest. Please improve the speed. 4G is running more slower than 2G in a full network area.

    @ViCustomerCare “Hi Prasad! We don't want to lose you. as team remarks under SR No. MUMV00891781219,once recharge is successful and benefits are credited it cannot be refunded or transferred.” I appreciate your policy terms which don’t care about customer and I will write-off the loss for me.

    @ViCustomerCare I have to spend 128₹ to send one sms for bank , is this modern day robbery . Pathetic network service has made me to use vi as secondary sim . I will port it asap .
