    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Too slow speed. I have used 249.1mb of today and is going slower to slowlest. Please improve the speed. 4G is running more slower than 2G in a full network area.

    So, I used aeroplane mode button more than 150 times today to get 4G connectivity from 2G/3G, every 10 to 15 minutes my 4G connection change to 2G/3G. Registered so many complaints but @ViCustomerCare not doing anything related real issue. Really frustrated by this behaviour

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, please update the status, fix the problem soon. For any outstanding customer is responsible but customer can't get the SIM with old status. What a comedy.

    I acknowledge that @ViCustomerCare do registered complaint but there is not update on issue. What kind of help you are doing @ViCustomerCare . Just calling and listening complaint won't solve problems. You guys are completely disappointing 😐

    @ViCustomerCare my issue is not resolved yet. I am being billed since last month for services I have not used. Last month 1448, this month unbilled amount till now 14,000 +. I have seen tweets from other Vodafone customers that they are facing same problem @TRAI please take note

    @ViCustomerCare I'm currently in US and not able to get signal on my number. I ended up learning that SIM was suspended. I'm unable to get it reactivated while in US as I'm unable to login to the app nor get connected to CS via chat. What's the best way? AccountID: 76425240
