@VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Too slow speed. I have used 249.1mb of today and is going slower to slowlest. Please improve the speed. 4G is running more slower than 2G in a full network area.

Your app still says DND is partially active. your sms - “DND-related complaint no. PATVBO9AMG, we found that your Vi number is not registered on DND. We have hence closed your complaint. Just in case you aren't happy with our resolution, you can appeal at 198” @ViCustomerCare

So @ViCustomerCare just deducted some amount from my balance for "Games World" without my consent! All this time I had accepted bad network, slow data speeds for 6yrs but this is the end it seems! Now I seriously have to port to @airtelindia or @reliancejio

Internet has not been working since the Last 3Month. Nobody is responding. Kindly provide assistance at the earliest. @ViCustomerCare We are paying for 4g service but we are getting service worst than 2G You people are fooling customers.
