    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Too slow speed. I have used 249.1mb of today and is going slower to slowlest. Please improve the speed. 4G is running more slower than 2G in a full network area.

    @AnalyzeItAgain @ViCustomerCare Yeah. They their best to retain. Ignore their texts. Contact another service and request to port. Jio sent an agent to deliver the new sim, note down details and only needed the porting code sent by 1900. They call and ask you to cancel porting. Ignore.

    @ViCustomerCare I hav applied for a New SIM on 01/10/22. My SIM Order Numbr is DCHD01102248993. Later I was informed that you were unable to deliver the SIM and money wil be refunded in 7 days. But still now I have not recivd my refund. And there is no reply to my mail too. Is this your service?

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you dear Neha. But how can a service provider who can’t shelter me from hundreds of unwanted callers offering me property and loans (and I have complained about this a zillion times) be trusted to give me a great 5G experience?
