    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Too slow speed. I have used 249.1mb of today and is going slower to slowlest. Please improve the speed. 4G is running more slower than 2G in a full network area.

    @ViCustomerCare no voice on acceptin calls 4m any number on first occasion, on second occasion only voice is possible. Called कष्टमर care, call disconnectd n I m sure Dey ll not call back. Problem from the day of porting n Max can last for 90 days only, later port is possible

    VI customer service is worst , they just providing good schemes to attract you but once you buy the sim,they don’t even pick your call ,network issue is also there My sim is blocked from 5 days currently I am sitting in VI STORE they can’t do anything as per them @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare till now number is not activated many times raised complaint at all last 3 month visiting much more stores and also made payment 8742987900 vi company service too much pathetic no cxtmer care till now

    @ViCustomerCare no one has tested my son’s loyalty in over a decade more than Vodafone. He has been trying to activate his esim for secondary number for the last two weeks. Awful to see what’s happened of vodafone over the years. No one should be treated like this.

    @ViCustomerCare As per your advice I have xchnge the Sim.But problem still persist.Even after several follow up and calls you couldn’t resolve issue. Now i have decided to move on from Vodafone.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare what is wrong with your network?? It’s been down since today morning. If it’s up, internet speed is unacceptable. Do you really think you are giving satisfactory service to your customers? Network issues are so common with you that I feel like giving up on VI.

    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to use Data on one of my VI prepaid numbers despite getting the network and data pack being recharged. I have raised a complaint and the ETA shows 07-Mar-23. This is very poor service. I am working from home and my work is impacted because of this.
