@VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Too slow speed. I have used 249.1mb of today and is going slower to slowlest. Please improve the speed. 4G is running more slower than 2G in a full network area.

Hey team @ViCustomerCare it's been more than a month I was registered a complaint for no network. Till date their is no solution,no calls from ur team to resolve the query. Also I'm not able to find my old complaint no. or solution in your app. I think it's high time to port now.

@ViCustomerCare Visited your store to resolve the issue with my new connection. Instead, the service rep. tried to drive me into getting a new connection altogether claiming my number has been already booked by someone else; all this while not even being 2 months from delivery.

@ViCustomerCare As advised sent my.details to the vi store..the.managment seems to ignore my email for 48 hours.when I walked in to the store. The rep sends the email to their contact centre..it has been 24 hours. Two very bad customer service from two different store.
