@VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Too slow speed. I have used 249.1mb of today and is going slower to slowlest. Please improve the speed. 4G is running more slower than 2G in a full network area.

@ViCustomerCare Visited again today they still need 1 day time now not able to understand i contacted customer carew Vi store also paid 50 rs for no reason and at end result is same. Pls tell if you all can resolve it pls guide me the process to port the number.

Call drops, people not able to reach my number, me not being able to make calls every now and then. Internet going off every now and then. Great work @ViCustomerCare Can't resolve network issues even after a year of complaints. The world would be a better place without VI.

@Airtel_Presence nearest store said they can't help,they're always so inefficient,unproductive,useless;why you guys can't open option for choosing itself just like @ViCustomerCare has on their site instead of marketing each n every digital media, Can't you ??

Went to @ViCustomerCare store today for MNP. Your associate forced me to buy postpaid scheme and told me that it's the only option. When I showed him both prepaid and postpaid scheme is available for MNP, he asked me leave. Sadly @ViCustomerCare you guys loose one customer today.
