@VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Too slow speed. I have used 249.1mb of today and is going slower to slowlest. Please improve the speed. 4G is running more slower than 2G in a full network area.

@ViCustomerCare Hi, this is regarding my idea mobile no. (sent Via DM), I had acc. balance Rs.179 on 22.11.21 but received sms at 10:36am mentioning activation of GAMES WORLD service for Rs.22, for which I haven't requested. Kindly look into d matter & refund the amount deducted

@ViCustomerCare I'm not at all against your price hike policy. But if u increase tariff you must render services accordingly. Customer get attracted bcz of economical plans and benefits. You r giving benefits i agree but its of no use if ur service/network is so weak.

@ViCustomerCare Net speed was good for a week when I purchased Vi Sim about 3-4 months ago. But after that it got worst. Complained many times, but every time your team just push the matter forward by saying that we will get it right. No improvements has made so far.

@Tamal0401 @ViCustomerCare That's why I switched to Airtel, after being a loyal customer of @ViCustomerCare for more than a decade. I was kind of forced to make this decision, Due to Vodafone's absolutely abominable network.
