    Hi @VodafoneIN ur loyal customer is now facing lot of issues, I was actually holding idea no but it was automatically shifted to @VodafoneIN 1. Network is getting worst and call drop is like regular practice 2. Was not able to stop or change my caller tune since last 2 months.

    @ViCustomerCare I had port three VI number in JIO, because of poor connectivity. Now I have three others VI working Post-Paid connection. If there is no improvement in VI network, will definitely Port remains Three connection.

    @DoT_India Service provider takes complaint but not solve it as they aware of the network problem in our area so kindly take action against them @ViCustomerCare . They must have to solve issue. The problem is since more than 6-7 years.

    Hi,@ViCustomerCare Everyday between 11:30pm to 12:40am my mobile data doesn't work properly. I m facing the problem since a week and whenever I call customer care, they either keep the call on hold or disconnect it without solving the issue. I m really fed up with VI services.

    @VodafoneIdeaIN @VodafoneIN I have an #idea sim which used to be a perfect network even while driving, riding, roaming or walking. But after your merging, I'm facing problem every now and then, sometimes network doesn't come back itself, I need to wait for minutes or restart. #VI

    @VodafoneIN @TRAI @GooglePay @RBI I had recharged of 100rs to 9909036348(vodaphone) on 24/03/2020 through my google pay account (9909678538) But recharge has not been completed on that number,also money debited from my account. Last 25 days gone but i don't get solution.

    Vi Thinks I don't know to read English @ViCustomerCare I cancelled auto renewal of Amazon Prime and they cancelled paid service valid till 07 Jan 2027. When I cancelled auto renewal it clearly showed the plan will be valid for paid validity and auto renewal will not happen.

    @ViCustomerCare I had raised my query to port my number from bsnl to vi 4 days ago and till now it is not ported. I was told it will be ported in 3 days. I have received the sim and it is also showing the network but BSNL sim is still active.

    @ViCustomerCare Most hopeless post paid service providers. No resolution for complaints regarding my incorrect name on the Vi app and otherwise. Replaced my official name to a name of their vhoice.Terrible personal experience. Do not go for this IRRESPONSIBLE Vi Mobile.

    @ViCustomerCare If you cannot permanently fix the issue in my area, then please say it clearly instead of giving temporary solutions every time. I’m honestly tired of facing the same problem repeatedly and will have no option left but to switch to another network provider.
