Hi,@ViCustomerCare Everyday between 11:30pm to 12:40am my mobile data doesn't work properly. I m facing the problem since a week and whenever I call customer care, they either keep the call on hold or disconnect it without solving the issue. I m really fed up with VI services.

@DoT_India Service provider takes complaint but not solve it as they aware of the network problem in our area so kindly take action against them @ViCustomerCare . They must have to solve issue. The problem is since more than 6-7 years.

VI apps is showing to give 150 GB extra data for online purchase of sim. But in actual they are showing various argument. Worst customer service, ever such I've seen.
