    @ViCustomerCare Clearly you don’t understand. Do you mind removing charges from my bill then? Why am i paying Vi? Not having a timeline means there’s no clear action or a way to resolve the issue in the near future. Do you expect me to stick with the network? Swap places and then imagine.

    @ViCustomerCare Extremely poor customer service. I asked to convert my postpaid number to prepaid and repeatedly declined promotional offers, but the agent kept pushing them. Finally told conversion isn’t possible and I must return to India. Also no feedback call despite opting

    @ViCustomerCare My area doesn't even have proper 4G coverage. Please increase the coverage area. I'd love to use Vi service if the network is good enough. WB 731236
