    @ViCustomerCare Received call from +911205184500.The guy told that it is Company policy to make and change policies at will.This means Customer reviews or convenience is not taken into account by so called 'policy makers'.He said same in other telecom also. Is this a signal to change to 'other'

    @ViCustomerCare support person was saying th bill is 257. One executive emailed me, we will send u legal notice for 257/- only, I replied , if i paid amount and u are asking for money again then I will send you legal notice.

    Worst service provided by @ViCustomerCare , previously you had to pay for the outgoing calls, but now we also need to pay for the SMS 🙄, now all your OTPs coming to mobile, and for verification you need an SMS. Even your customer service is not good😠

    @ViCustomerCare i have complained like for about a 100 times on twitter from the app nothing works its been 8 months bought a vi prepaid connection for better service but guess what i was wrong the so so poor network coverage hasnt been fixed and recharges i have done are useless
