All her medical records, other vital services linked to her number. PS: The customer care contact information & escalation matrix on Vodafone Idea website r wrong.

Vodafone is the most useless 4G network in India. I have spoken to a Vodafone agent several times but the problem has not been resolved yet. Neither the call nor the net is run at a time. Sometimes my phone shows me no network. #Slowestnetwork @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup

@ViCustomerCare After getting my number ported to Vodafone ten days ago, the SIM card is still on but I am not able to call anyone. When I called the Vodafone Customer Care Center, they said that we are now You are requested to troubleshoot this soon or else we should port it to someone else.
