    I don't think so u understand my problem 18 days already gone i just complaining 02/08/21 n still not resolved always you register a new complaint n give me same excuse it in progress my 18 days money lost , data loss mujhe jitne din waste kiya mujhe extended . @ViCustomerCare

    Hey @VodafoneIN thanks guys for taking too much time for giving me solution on a recharge which contains 3gb data as per Vodafone app. I recharged on 13 of this month and still waiting for my data. @TRAI

    @TRAI please act on Vodafone for providing bad service to the customers. After repeated mail, dm on twitter, calls they are not willing to provide solutions. They are just giving a deadline and time exceeds that period. I am very disappointed. @JioCare @airtelindia @VodafoneIN .

    @TRAI please ban Vodafone. Worst customer support. I still didn'tget any resolution even after reaching them. It's almost 2 months. They are just taking money. Not providing support to customers. Please look into it. @VodafoneIN #shamelessvodafone

    @VodafoneIN I am hearing this for last 20 days. No resolution provided yet. In fact I know you don't have strong technical team to analyse and help customers. As I told Vodafone is worst and useless company.

    @VodafoneIN I am really disappointed with your service. Volte is not showing in my device although I have dual 4g enabled device. Email, Dm on twitter, customer care tried reaching out everywhere, but pathetic service. I think I need to switch. #Vodafonebadservice

    @ViCustomerCare chor hai company inko muft k paise chahiye faltu customer service resolve nahi kr skte hai to call cut kr dete hai inka customer care senior k naam pe call waiting karate hai 25 min 3rd grade service provider customer service worst communication company No need.

    @ViCustomerCare now you will pay for your mistakes, just wait. You don't know who am I? Mistakes happens say sorry be humble to customer but doing mistake and creating fooling agenda out of customer is a crime. You will pay for it 72 hrs deadline for u.Then no calls only action

    @CRED_support Just got a call from your support and I've been told to wait for 72 hours more. I demanded for a compensation and was said no. 3 days I have to wait. 3 days my service is inactive. @ViCustomerCare please don't let cred as a platform for recharge. And **** you cred. ********

    @ViCustomerCare I am from Chechar, Patna (Bihar). There is no 5G network in my area, while Jio and Airtel are already providing 5G services. I have a 5G phone but cannot use it due to no 5G coverage. Please install a 5G tower or improve network as soon as possible.
