    @VodafoneIN I am really disappointed with your service. Volte is not showing in my device although I have dual 4g enabled device. Email, Dm on twitter, customer care tried reaching out everywhere, but pathetic service. I think I need to switch. #Vodafonebadservice

    Hey @VodafoneIN thanks guys for taking too much time for giving me solution on a recharge which contains 3gb data as per Vodafone app. I recharged on 13 of this month and still waiting for my data. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Most pathetic service ever. Hardly get signal anywhere in Goa. Helpline doesn't work for company accounts. The Vi app doesn't seem to work anymore. Neither are we able to port to a more reliable option like Jio where the signal is good in Goa.

    My transaction id is NX22111621173800355289221, Idea prepaid reference id is ONR2211162117180274. The @PhonePe showing false data plan of @ViCustomerCare . So the recharge got fail on number. Now how can i get my refund in account. @PhonePeSupport

    @ViCustomerCare I have also contacted vi mini store and they changed my sim card stating problem will resolve but still problem is not resolved yet.

    @ViCustomerCare i am being regreting now for doing recharge on VI.if u cant resolve my problem then give me my 241rs back ..please refund my money back. already one day wasted only 27days remaining of your recharge plan.i am very frustrated now for doing recharge on VI
