@TRAI please act on Vodafone for providing bad service to the customers. After repeated mail, dm on twitter, calls they are not willing to provide solutions. They are just giving a deadline and time exceeds that period. I am very disappointed. @JioCare @airtelindia @VodafoneIN .

@VodafoneIN I am really disappointed with your service. Volte is not showing in my device although I have dual 4g enabled device. Email, Dm on twitter, customer care tried reaching out everywhere, but pathetic service. I think I need to switch. #Vodafonebadservice

@VodafoneIN I am hearing this for last 20 days. No resolution provided yet. In fact I know you don't have strong technical team to analyse and help customers. As I told Vodafone is worst and useless company.

Hey @VodafoneIN thanks guys for taking too much time for giving me solution on a recharge which contains 3gb data as per Vodafone app. I recharged on 13 of this month and still waiting for my data. @TRAI

What a pathetic customer service by @ViCustomerCare . store! Even after visit to their store for three time, they can not change from postpaid to prepaid and able to activate sim they gave! Now I know people stopped using Vodafone for good.#HappyToHelp is just marketing gimmick.

@ViCustomerCare As per your engineer VOLTE is inactive due to which I have an issue .I was advised to go to the gallery first you wait for 20 min were out of 6 people only 1 is servicing at 6pm & 5 too busy doing nothing at Powai outlet, then they say VOLTE is active whom to believe

@ViCustomerCare Trying to switch from postpaid (after being customer for 7 years) to prepaid since last 4 days .It simply isn't getting converted for weird reasons .Already submitted proof and took a new prepaid sim ,Visited the Vi store 2 times already.Worst service ever !!

@ViCustomerCare this is not Maharashtra’s fastest network this is Maharashtra’s 3rd class network service. Go anywhere you won’t get network . all the time call drop 3rd class 4g network 3rd class customer service won’t suggest any of my family member or friends to port to vi👎🏻👎🏻

@ViCustomerCare - I changed my family plan in 1149 before 1 month ago till i received a bill as per old plan. Also, INR 271 Advance Payment from my end is not reflected in my current bill. Called many times in CC and complained but no help. Please do the needful.
