@TRAI please act on Vodafone for providing bad service to the customers. After repeated mail, dm on twitter, calls they are not willing to provide solutions. They are just giving a deadline and time exceeds that period. I am very disappointed. @JioCare @airtelindia @VodafoneIN .

@VodafoneIN I am really disappointed with your service. Volte is not showing in my device although I have dual 4g enabled device. Email, Dm on twitter, customer care tried reaching out everywhere, but pathetic service. I think I need to switch. #Vodafonebadservice

Hey @VodafoneIN thanks guys for taking too much time for giving me solution on a recharge which contains 3gb data as per Vodafone app. I recharged on 13 of this month and still waiting for my data. @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare I’ve already told you that I don’t have messages record of last 7 months to show which recharge i did which created my validity till 13 june 2022. You run the company and you should know which recharge is active on my account. You did nothing to help me run the internet yet.

@ViCustomerCare @vermashweta083 OTP problem still not resolved , told that you will call but still not received any call except one yesterday which I had to cut bcz being on road, How will calling solve the issue ? Problem is from your side not mine ! Prsnl msg are coming only OTP not coming !

@ViCustomerCare vi Is now becoming worst and worst now they deduct data balance automatically of their customers and when we call to customer care they are not supportive so stop using idea worst and worst sim. Very cheap service.

@ViCustomerCare I have ported form Airtel to VI after getting network in VI sim I am unable to do televerification by calling 59059. When can I expect my sim to be activated? Is this the way you treat new customers? I have ported thinking of good service. Dint expect this 🤬🤬🤬

@ViCustomerCare It's been 10 days in pune and I'm struggling so much for good internet. It's network is so bad here. Pune is one of the IT hubs yet VI network is so terrible here.And customer care did nothing even when i contacted them so solve this Internet problem. I have already dm my number.
