    Hey @VodafoneIN thanks guys for taking too much time for giving me solution on a recharge which contains 3gb data as per Vodafone app. I recharged on 13 of this month and still waiting for my data. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare your network is a huge concern and I try to connect to customer care no one responds for 3 days I am facing network issues. Can you please help? if I cannot receive or make calls then the whole purpose of having a sim is defeated!!!!!

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup your network has become ****. Almost 3-4 times a day I have to put my phone on Airplane mode and then only I am able to make calls. Its the same location everytime. Many of my friends and family members are facing same issue.

    @ViCustomerCare why is it so difficult to reach a customer representative when your assistant is useless. Through call or chat... useless. Shall I port to other service provider. Been an hour waiting for receiving OTP from bank for trx but no luck. No wonder you are sinking.

    @ViCustomerCare- Vodafone can’t be able to solve the problem from d last 15 days, no technician has visited my home and Vodafone has lied that technician told it’s temporary problem and they visited 2-3 times, they just taking time and giving stupid excuses.

    @ViCustomerCare Unnecessary packs are getting subscribed on my no. And money is deducted. Nobody gives a reason when called on customer care. How can I get a reason and resolution. Truly fed up

    @ViCustomerCare-15 days it’s been and Vodafone is just taking time and fooling me , giving me stupid reasons and closing my complaints without solving any problem. What is this nonsense going on, if u can’t solve plz inform us , we are ready to port in Airtel.
