@idea_cares I'm with Vodafone and not Idea. And the best part @VodafoneIN just instantly approved the MNP without even trying to contact me to ask why I'm leaving. Looks like #VodafoneIndia doesn't care if one of their customers leave their network.

@ViCustomerCare I have placed an order for online prepaid sim via order no DCHD28032324085 but my order was cancelled without my permission. No doubt VI is suffering losses as your customer care team and sales team are unprofessional.

More than 10 days passed since I raised the complaint,still counting.I think that's the strategy,normally anyone would get tired and stop following up (which I used to do in the past 5 mth),and then they would continue providing their customers pathetic exp.@ViCustomerCare

I am 🫰 close to filing a legal complaint against @ViCustomerCare for harassing me every single day for an error from their end. Have had enough. Every customer care agent listens to me and then leaves it to the next person for next day because s/he can't solve it. Outrageous.
