@idea_cares I'm with Vodafone and not Idea. And the best part @VodafoneIN just instantly approved the MNP without even trying to contact me to ask why I'm leaving. Looks like #VodafoneIndia doesn't care if one of their customers leave their network.

@ViCustomerCare Dear VI, it's been more than 4 days I've stopped receiving sms on my phone (that includes crucial OTPs as well), despite raising it as a concern with your customer care and ticket through app, nobody seems to be caring about it. Today I also saw that some details
