    @idea_cares I'm with Vodafone and not Idea. And the best part @VodafoneIN just instantly approved the MNP without even trying to contact me to ask why I'm leaving. Looks like #VodafoneIndia doesn't care if one of their customers leave their network.

    @ViCustomerCare is so inconsistent and bad . I bought a sim from #karur #TamilNadu and it got deactivated and the team promised to help me and never got back to me and don’t pick calls now !! Awaiting for your response.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, I am facing issues while making a normal call. The other person could not hear me, but I could hear their sound. Whatsapp call is working fine. Also, the microphone is working fine. Is Wifi Calling enabled causing this issue? Should I disable it? Thank you

    Best business model! Deactivate mobile Sim without prior notice or reason, make customer go to store and give him 'upgraded' Sim at cost of ₹100. @ViCustomerCare #WhatAnIdea! #trai @TRAI My rent, payments r stuck as I don't get the OTPs! Took a day off 2 get these things sorted
