    @VodafoneIN @TRAI @DoT_India Vodafone service is very worst. Data is fluctuating always. My phone is on 4G mode but network auto switches to H mode means in some interval of time 4G disappeared. Vodafone is doing fraud to customers. 4G k naam pe 3G derha hai. Area PIN 769002.

    @DoT_India @VodafoneIN Vodafone is a bullshit network I have 500 MB 4G data but unable to open flipkart. This is the reality of 4G service in Rourkela Smartcity.

    @ViCustomerCare almost 20 days there is no incoming , outgoing calls and SMS service not activated after survival reminder you started service ,now what ground basis you send the bill pls clarify.@TRAI pls look as vodafone looting the customers

    @ViCustomerCare no more user friendly after being struggling with the network issues since ages! Now we cannot send sms inspite of maintaining main balance and monthly call validity. You have to have INR 129 recharge done for every 28 days. Pathetic.

    @ViCustomerCare Today, As discussed with Sudhir, he assured me that he will call me and resolve this issue by 6pm today. where is the resolution and call?? @ViCustomerCare It shows you're a fraud people who are doing just fake commitment with the customers without any resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare today too, I recharged for Rs.48/- 3 GB data for 28 days validity. After recharging you "****" send sms, saying that successfully recharged with no service validity. @TRAI is this not a con game. Is this UK. @AdityaBirlaGrp #Mumbai #VodafoneIdea #shitservice

    @ViCustomerCare (1/2) Network strength in my Voda sim which i hv been using fr past 11 years, became 0 since last 2 days.Wen contcted cstmr care told "THIS IS NOT A VODAFONE NUMBER". Shocking isn't it?.Vodafone store on visiting told that its my fault that i dnt hv ntwrk nymore!

    @Devinder_Sharma @ViCustomerCare Months of repeated reminders to finally stop spam messages from coming in despite full DND. Hardly two months on, the problem is slowly resuming. So please don't have any hope for resolution. + They'll give you a new problem for each one they solve.
