    @ViCustomerCare Great work @ViCustomerCare. My services has been blocked since 19th March, 2021(i.e. 6 days) and you still need another 3 days for the issue to be resolved. And if not resolved by that time you may ask for another 48 hours. The cycle continues.

    @ViCustomerCare worst telecom company in india because they can't provide 2G network forget about 4G. I have Vodafone sim card but I have to struggle to get network. Thank God finally I porting to Airtel from this worst telecom.

    Idea Vodafone, don't take decision on customers behalf, change my plan back , your Corporate customer team is not able to ready simple emails in English and I always get same standard reply. Very Very disappointing.@ViCustomerCare

    @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare Data is speed is very slow, there no music app and in all unlimited pack not providing the free missed call alerts.why still your network not providing this type services and vi any spl ?.very worst network 🔥🔥😡😡

    @ViCustomerCare , i received sms that the plan is upgraded without my consent and the discount is discontinued. The current bill amount is more than what i usually pay. This is unethical and no othe service provider does that. Please look into it.
