    @ViCustomerCare Great work @ViCustomerCare. My services has been blocked since 19th March, 2021(i.e. 6 days) and you still need another 3 days for the issue to be resolved. And if not resolved by that time you may ask for another 48 hours. The cycle continues.

    Absolutely shameless behaviour and pathetic “International Roaming” @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare Visited Mexico for an official visit from 17-23 April. Activated “IR” pack for the same. Did not latch on to any network even once. Had to buy a Saily eSIM to stay connected 1/2

    Previously I was thinking why @ViCustomerCare not gaining customers in a market like india where only 3 major pvt players exist. But after ordering a SIM I came to know that they can't match the service level of airte & Jio. They are just in a ventilator.

    @ViCustomerCare I have Visited your Park Street office Thrice and Not Able To Shift My Post Paid To Pre Paid. The Person In The Counter always Say I need to Come Tomorrow. What is This. Why Cant u Change a Post Paid To Pre Paid in Single Visit ? Why dnt u hav Digital Solution ?

    @ViCustomerCare This issue is STILL not fixed properly. For a few days the network was working fine after my previous complaint, but again since the last 3–4 days the internet has become horrible.

    @ViCustomerCare Appalling service by VI at Lucknow Sapru Marg office. They refused my postpaid to prepaid conversion because I didn't get a "retention call" while waiting in-store. Why is a customer’s time wasted for your internal processes? Resolve this immediately! 8953823222
