My services has been blocked since 19th March, 2021(i.e. 6 days) and you still need another 3 days for the issue to be resolved. And if not resolved by that time you may ask for another 48 hours. The cycle continues.

MY no 9924296156 stopped due to non use 7 April 2026 .I recharged for 169 Rs Deta pack 3 month validity 8 GB on 11/4/2026.Now Vi says that it will strst only after other recharged of 199 Rs.! My 169 rs goes in drain.

Escalating to Telecom Regulatory Authority of India & Department of Telecommunications. Fix it or legal action next.
