    @ViCustomerCare Great work @ViCustomerCare. My services has been blocked since 19th March, 2021(i.e. 6 days) and you still need another 3 days for the issue to be resolved. And if not resolved by that time you may ask for another 48 hours. The cycle continues.

    @ViCustomerCare It's more than 2 days , I know someone is working on it,that's all ,no resolution. After checking DM and everything m talking. You guys asked me to wait till 16th, I will, as I don't have any options left, but you have to understand it's causing me in my errands as well.

    @ViCustomerCare your reward for loyalty - I am a Vodafone customer for the last 11 years. Requested for a SIM card change at your SouthEx store. Three visits. Three different promises. SIM card isn’t still active. Should I port to @airtelindia ?

    @ViCustomerCare Ghatkopar East store fraudulently store SIM card with billing plan of ₹399 + GST. Got the sim card deactivated the same day. I am repeated getting harassed to pay bill for 4 billing days and not ready to hear my complaint against the store executive. 9930057108
