    @ViCustomerCare Great work @ViCustomerCare. My services has been blocked since 19th March, 2021(i.e. 6 days) and you still need another 3 days for the issue to be resolved. And if not resolved by that time you may ask for another 48 hours. The cycle continues.

    @ViCustomerCare I’m done with you guys. What pathetic service, even after turning on the international roaming it doesn’t work. I’ve been a Vodafone customer since 2006, but it’s on no use when I’m getting this kinda service.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Vi, My brother uses a Vi number. Unfortunately, few days back, the purse with Vi sim in it got stolen. Since he is in France, we couldn't get a new sim card. He'll be back by April 2022, by then sim will be allotted to someone else. Can you help out?

    @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare Be Aware of Vi Network Sales Person. I was cheated by them Rs.1200/- by buying them 4 Simcards. No Proper Response from Vi customer care!!!
