@ViCustomerCare Great work @ViCustomerCare. My services has been blocked since 19th March, 2021(i.e. 6 days) and you still need another 3 days for the issue to be resolved. And if not resolved by that time you may ask for another 48 hours. The cycle continues.

@ViCustomerCare This is the prob with most you, support agents, you all do not undertsand a bit of the prob and give solution. When other telecom cos. are playing relevant messages of vaccination, nigh curfews etc, you guys are playing 'UNLOCK 1.0' message and then you give rubbish reason
