@ViCustomerCare Great work @ViCustomerCare. My services has been blocked since 19th March, 2021(i.e. 6 days) and you still need another 3 days for the issue to be resolved. And if not resolved by that time you may ask for another 48 hours. The cycle continues.

@ViCustomerCare after that I got only 1gb data for 24 days, after that next day I talked to customer service several times, I was told till 6pm Wait even if nothing happened, then said that you will definitely get the benefit of 28 days,

@ViCustomerCare They block the sim and then asked to do compulsory recharge to activate the sim i already done the recharge of 1 year now I am thinking I made a big mistake to continue to rely on your network.

@ViCustomerCare I order new sim being no.DCHD10012356719 and payment was made immediately. its schedule 2b delivered on 10 Jan.Haven't got my SIM even after 48 hours. I raised complaint which was closed .Such awful professionalism. Its better to hv a @reliancejio connection.

@obbie__20 @ViCustomerCare I order new sim being no.DCHD10012356719. it was schedule to be delivered on 10 Jan. I haven't got my SIM even after 48 hours. I raised complaint which was closed within 1 minute of lodging it. Such awful professionalism.

I had recharged for 30,59,299 even though I had already paid 299! Why do you ask me to recharge before even my sim is activated!!! Such an horrible experience. It was a mistake to port from @airtelindia to @ViCustomerCare

On 11.1.23 i recharged my VI no with 1799, but from today i am unable to send sms to any number. several complaints but got no resolution! they blame it on my handset, but i got it checked from Apple, still no luck! pathetic service, docket: V01175303447 @ViCustomerCare @TRAi
