I done 698 non stop hero ulmllimited data plan for 56 days but my 300 gb data finished in 25 days and still 30 days remain to my plan ends and now I can't use data so kindly solve this problem AS SOON AS POSSIBLE @ViCustomerCare #HappyToHelp

@CrazyIndianss @ViCustomerCare Upon rechecking your posts on X, I've identified around 35 instances mentioning or complaining about Vodafone/Vi since 2021, mostly network-related. Vi might have more in their records. Not quite 100!

@ViCustomerCare I don't think she is supervisor or what your network suck just giving sim for free and giving hard time to Cx for simple mistake that they don't have option for refund or cancel the recharge this in era such a backward company
