    @ViCustomerCare Great work @ViCustomerCare. My services has been blocked since 19th March, 2021(i.e. 6 days) and you still need another 3 days for the issue to be resolved. And if not resolved by that time you may ask for another 48 hours. The cycle continues.

    @ViCustomerCare This is the most pathetic situation ive been in since i was a customer of Vi. Two weeks ago i had informed the customer, i am travelling out of the country and will only be back after a year. But i need only incoming messages, no need for outgoing.

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @DoT_India I have called vi customer care 3 times and complained about these unreasonable and automatic deduction of 5 to 7 rs each time, but it never stops. It has been happening once or twice every month
