    @ViCustomerCare Great work @ViCustomerCare. My services has been blocked since 19th March, 2021(i.e. 6 days) and you still need another 3 days for the issue to be resolved. And if not resolved by that time you may ask for another 48 hours. The cycle continues.

    @ViCustomerCare Very Poor internet. I have near 18 gb of weekend data but it's totally useless bcos we can't use VI is not Super Fast but it's Uperake network. Kandivali E, Mumbai, Near Thakur Copmlex. Waiting for Network. No customer call support after calling

    @ViCustomerCare @BandBajaateRaho Could you get this resolve from your end? Vi Customer Service is worst as agents are doing fake commitment and disconnected the call. No one taking action for the agents and no one providing the benefits. I'm taking follow up since long time but they're worst.

    @ViCustomerCare Even after having balance of 96Rs I need to make a recharge of 128Rs then only I will be able to send a text message...This is cheating....Will port it to a different network now
