    @ViCustomerCare Great work @ViCustomerCare. My services has been blocked since 19th March, 2021(i.e. 6 days) and you still need another 3 days for the issue to be resolved. And if not resolved by that time you may ask for another 48 hours. The cycle continues.

    @ViCustomerCare I had ordered a new sim. After using it for less than 2 weeks it stopped working. I have checked the sim by inserting it in other phone but it’s not working. If a new connection can be delivered than why can’t new sim be delivered free of cost to my home

    @ViCustomerCare your service of DND is the most useless thing ever!! Despite having the availed the service there are atleast 15 spam calls received in a day mostly from the crap bank like @MyIndusIndBank and @larsentoubro

    @ViCustomerCare on 13th july Vodafone idea, permanently (no service) my prepaid sim So, i went to their costumer centre on 15th july and i exchange my sim but they again (no serviced ) my number now it's 18th july they said that you have to convert to post paid for 4 months

    @ViCustomerCare despite recharge , i am unable to change my caller tune from 15th July onwards. Your customer care has only solutions jya re-install the app and wait for 2hrs . Already tried this 4th time today. Can u plz help ?

    Tried giving Vi network a second chance but things didn't work. All i ask for now is to Port my sim.But the port message isn't being delivered and my pack has now expired.I don't wish to waste any money on a new pack rechargeSo just help me with the port message. @ViCustomerCare
