    @ViCustomerCare Great work @ViCustomerCare. My services has been blocked since 19th March, 2021(i.e. 6 days) and you still need another 3 days for the issue to be resolved. And if not resolved by that time you may ask for another 48 hours. The cycle continues.

    @ViCustomerCare I have come to Paris with My family. And facing issues regarding International roaming. The recharge was done yesterday but it's not working. Talked to several customer care executives. But in vain. Really frustrated.😡

    @ViCustomerCare new type of scam started by VI. their customer care executive would call you and say that complaint has been discussed n they can refund 1700+gst on wrong charged bill. n the same will be confirmed over email. however, no email nothing has been refunded yet
