As I want to say earlier I was an Airtel user but I had to convert my SIM to Vodafone because Vodafone was better than Airtel but now I feel that I have made a big mistake. Now there is no network anywhere. @VodafoneIN @ajitkmenon

Justin replied saying if JIO CALL APP showing offline and dont receive any sms or unable to make calls then its not network fault. some say my phone has VOLTE . Very disappointed. Been a long standing @ViCustomerCare customer and these people couldn't activate the new sim even after a day which takes just a couple of hours on other service providers. No wonder people port out of this pathetic network
