    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to get any kind of OTPs on my number since last 7-10 days. Due to this, I am unable to do any online transaction. This is causing a lot of trouble to me. Moreover, when I am trying to login via VI app, same case is happening there also. NO OTP

    @ViCustomerCare 2 times I made a complaint about no network at my residence from my 2 diff mobile numbers, just got a call from call centre that they will look into it and they closed the complaint on the vi app. Very convenient, pls advice how to port to @reliancejio network.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, i am last 2 years Vodafone postpaid customers and recently have converted my postpaid plan to family postpaid plan just because I was happy with the service. But post Port one of my family members nos deactivated due some reason and still issue not fixed..
