    @ViCustomerCare @BandBajaateRaho @consumerforum_ after completing several times, vi fails to resolve problem and they are just ignoring my complaint and sending me msjs that my complaint has been resolved but i am still facing it. When power goes, there internet not working.

    Worst customer experience with @ViCustomerCare, kept me on hold for 10 minutes twice and then hang up. Time to switch to Jio for all my 5 connections. @ViCustomerCare you guys don’t bother for call back though you know issue isn’t resolved.
