    Bought VI postpaid SimCard in Mid December. Now that i have started using it today, VI customer executive said that the SimCard had been suspended and their records show 2 accounts associated with the same SimCard. Can @ViCustomerCare explain how this data breach happened?

    @ViCustomerCare worst phone service ever, they charge you extra money on sneaky ways. My bill of 200 went to 1600 because you guys activated random services, switching to Airtel right now

    @ViCustomerCare No one responds when the customer actually needs help. I cancelled 2 numbers and converted it to 1 number yesterday. And i am still not able to activate it. You must have started the billing cycle. White collared thieves.. can someone help???? I'm looking to port.
