    Hi @ViCustomerCare can you please look into the issue that I have registered. This is absolutely not expected from a brand like Vodafone to shut down the sim without any prior notice. I am not able to do any of my work. This is so disappointing.

    @ViCustomerCare : When a customer is on International Roaming, does VI charge the customers for incoming missed and unanswered calls?? Please clarify. As I am being charged for incoming call that were never attended.

    @ViCustomerCare the worst service experience I have in my 10 years journey with Vodafone... Trying to reach customer care number but it's not getting connected. I want immediate resolution for my complaint ..my complaint number is 4-127728240900 ..my outgoing are barred its urgnt
