    @havanahere @ViCustomerCare same . not able to send in whatsapp. got actually scolded by my girlfriend 2 times, she feels like i am ignoring her. goes offline even the network is full and even where i used to get 2 3 MBps speed a month ago, and 5-6 MBps a year ago. Now, i am going to MNP center to change it

    @ViCustomerCare I applied for Port my number to Vodaidea if supposed to happen in 2 days but nothing happened. People suggested me not to port voda they are disgusting about customer service .you are proving them right and me was wrong.

    @ViCustomerCare I have never seen such very worst service from any mobile operator. Kindly never buy a postpaid sim.Till you buy the sim there will be a good response after that there will be a very worst response. I have lost my postpaid sim over but till date it is not blocked

    @ViCustomerCare And guess what replies I got from your technical team, "sir ur sim is not compatible , hence we can't help" I mean who provided me the sim??? U only right. So if it's not compatible then how come it becomes my problem?? U guys are crazy and took the art of cheating to next level

    @havanahere @ViCustomerCare Apply as much as Possible to get JIO Fiber in app. around 1 month, I need a broadband, my area had only Copper cable which are too costly. I applied for JIO Fiber from every friends no. Now Got calls that we will get connection by this weekend itself. Jio is supportive. VI sucks.

    @ViCustomerCare It really hurts when u can't use the service but need to pay for it. Don't know what action @TRAI will take against u. But I will port to some other providers as soon as I land in India that's for sure
