    @VodafoneIN @DoT_India I am having severe call drop issues and data speed issues and you guys are not fixing it. I have complained several times but no solution have been provided. Tell me when are you going to fix this. Give a specific date.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst network in Kolkata..I think worst network in India ..Net issue calling issue.. you have to provide good service like gio and Airtel.. Specially net problem in Sunday .. Don't provide data rollover in weekend

    @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio Again the Vi Team prvd thr services / product r pathetic. while upgrading the plan I'd veen informed that the Amazon Prime Subscription would be offered complimentary for a year, and while I'd unsubscribed my previously paid membership ahead on time, Vi's offer was never extnded

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Vi , are you still working on my issue ?? There’s no response from@your side ... all you want is to eat away customer’s money. Pls let me know in case you can’t process the refund (promised by your executives) - give me in writing so that I may initiate a legal action.
