@ViCustomerCare i am at my native village since last couple of days. Vi service is extremely bad here. When someone calls me and I pickup the call, it gets connect and your sytem speaks "you have dialed a wrong number" in between. Whtas the wrong?

@netshrink @ViCustomerCare Had a terrible experience with what was Vodafone at that time: ported to Airtel. Happy ever since. Even if there can be problems with Airtel too, complaints are redressed by them.

@ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare finally porting my postpaid No. To @airtelindia after 12 years of relationship with VI. VI is not able to convert individual owned nos into COCP even after 7 months of repeated chaseup. No care for customer problems.
