@ViCustomerCare Have already emailed Vi as well as spoken to multiple customer care executives. The issue is that there is simply no way to check data balances when roaming. It’s an app issue that hasn’t been looked into.

@ViCustomerCare Please stop harrassment to customers, Recieved 13 calls in last 45 mins by your customer retention team and everytime asking same set of questions. This is mental harrassment. @TRAI @DoT_India

@ViCustomerCare Mobile number sent... If you want proof of how bad your customer care executives are then whatsapp me for the call recording where they are blaming TRAI and asking for higher recharge despite having clear balance in my account. If you can not provide sms facility then refund it.

@ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia VI, Not able to use SMS facility despite having 204 rupee. My bank app is not able to verify the phone. As per your customer care @TRAI disallowed sms facility. Call record available. As per him, have to recharge for min 128rs to use sms. Why?
