    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Doing fraud all the time, always false commitments, my number still barred after the payment. Team said please make payment and your number will unbarred but they are always doing the false commitments. I want to make a complaint for idea. CCE- Shubham

    Vodafone Idea in Siliguri is so Poor that it couldn't afford a proper power backup to supply its service in this area when there is power cut for more than 4 hours. This problem is been faced by all the Vi customers since a long time. @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare @pib_comm

    @ViCustomerCare hidden charges in bill for sim replacement? Why not inform the customer beforehand of such charges?! Cheap tactics to fleece your customers!!! Probably time to shift to other network after being a Vodafone customer from beginning. @airtelindia @reliancejio
