    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @ViCustomerCare main village Sikri distt Muzaffarnagar ka rehne wala hoon Airtel Aur Vi dono companies ke network, electricity cut off hote hi chale jaate hain, tower kaam nahi karta. Cut off timeing 3:30 to 5:30 daily. Take it seriously please.

    @ViCustomerCare Your postpaid to prepaid retention call is just pathetic. They keep trying to convince you and literally harass you until either you agree to keep postpaid or shout !! Really shameful way to force customer to keep postpaid.
