    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @VodaIdea_NEWS My Mob no is suspended from 17 Jan 2023 and i had lots of visits on store and contact to assistant but still my SIM not activated, so I am not able to any call and any bank transaction due to unavailability of Otp and SMS.pls help us.

    @ViCustomerCare one of the worst service and i never activated caller tune for my number after i made full talk time you guys activated it and robbed it from me. I have been using vodafone for almost 15 years. One of the worst services.

    @ViCustomerCare I am in Canada, trying to setup UPI on my phone. Can't send SMS as 99 recharge for service validity does not allow outgoing SMS. I am not looking for international roaming plan as I only need to send 2-3 SMS. What do you suggest? Will a topup of 10/20/30/50 help?
