    @ViCustomerCare There is no power back up system in Vi at ranipet circle. If power off or shutdown, we didn't get signal from Vodafone. Why, they collect lot of money from us. But no proper arrangements for like this issues. Need proper solution

    Absolute harassment from @ViCustomerCare! They didn't respond even once to my network-related complaints over the last 6 months. But as soon as I sent a port-out request yesterday, they suddenly remembered I'm a "valued 10-year old customer".

    @ViCustomerCare Even after multiple calls the connectivity issues have not been solved for my mobile number. There is always signal & internet connectivity issue. I have faced many problems where I am stuck on the road with no network. Resolve asap immediately.
