    @ViCustomerCare I haven’t given my numbers..those are your partner employees u need to speak to..and i am not keen at all to continue to be your customer..like i said..if at all it becomes Vodafone again ,i will reconsider..Idea was/is/will be pathetic always

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I have ported out my number. Your customer service and standards have dropped. Just like how calls drop on your network! Despite being on the top plan RedX, it was just impossible to get good service from you. You shamelessly bill us despite no network and no data

    @ViCustomerCare As expected by asking tat or someone will get back to me or the concern team, by making these statements you left your customer with no choice by paying bill and port. Next time when U call,call with the resolution else I know "My concern has been raised and a team will call me"

    @ViCustomerCare I'm BSNL customer and someone unknown user used my number to verify his/her Vi number. As I don't know who is he/she so kindly don't verify this Vi number there is very huge risk.

    @ViCustomerCare No resolution since 5 days. Unable to call even after unlimited recharge. Finally porting sim to airtel india. Thank you .
