    @UfterYou @VodafoneIN claims itself to be a supernet service and sadly,their 4G presence in Ponda city in Goa is almost zero & 4G speed is worst than 2G.Ported in today n will port out in 90 days. Useless service and huge promises

    @ViCustomerCare #Vodafonedown zero network / response... shameless tech n customer care team. When its very clear tat its zero network N i see a message via twitter to me saying "Hi! We tried reaching out to you on the provided contact numbers but couldn't get through".

    I request all @ViCustomerCare customers to port out of the network asap. If you face a problem they won't ever provide a resolution. I can't receive or send messages but as soon as I can I will port out to @Airtel_Presence or @JioCare

    @ViCustomerCare I've unlimited 4GB daily internet pack, also Rs 351 100 GB pack. Internet on my VI no. is not working, I have taken SIM out, put it back in and rebooted phone but internet is bad, video playing buffers. I have DMED my VI no. Please rectify it immediately

    Dear @ViCustomerCare what happened to your 4g network ?? I think it is just a campaign social media and nothing on grounds. You network/speed is not available in villages area. Please increase asap to your network strength. @DoT_India @rsprasad

    @ViCustomerCare My mom wrongly done a normal recharge of ₹50 instead of selecting the pack of ₹49 recharge. So today I called in customer care to correct that mistake by cancelling the old recharge and correct it to ₹49 recharge but they denied. Please help.

    @ViCustomerCare poor service, ur false claim of providing fastest data services are fooling customers like us. Even in major cities ur network has failed.. With very poor speed.

    @ViCustomerCare its already one week since I raise complaint about vi movies and tv app but no one bothered its my big mistake to port into your network..very bad experience
