    @UfterYou @VodafoneIN claims itself to be a supernet service and sadly,their 4G presence in Ponda city in Goa is almost zero & 4G speed is worst than 2G.Ported in today n will port out in 90 days. Useless service and huge promises

    @VodafoneIN I'm having serious network issues here. And this is the second time in a row when I am seriously not able to call anyone. Since I use only 1 network, please do something as soon as possible else I'll have to switch over to better options.

    @Hrishikeshkadam @VodafoneIN For good 4G internet @airtelindia is best choice. @reliancejio is bit slower than airtel4g. @Idea n @VodafoneIN network issue and packets drop seen, also connection drops, network swaps to 3g. Thy need major upgrade. Conclusion, Airtel Wins. Tested them all..

    @VodafoneIN Sorry, this is not an issue specific to my number. Entire Ponda city (403401) faces the problem of practically non existent 4G network and speed. Won't share any details. Will port out at the end of mandatory 90 days.

    @abhinav_appurv @ViCustomerCare Oh my god! How lucky you are!! But for me they don't even credit my balance after recharge. Happend to me 2 times. Still my number is down, neither recharged amount reflected in balance nor I got the refund. After 7 days of complaint.

    @ViCustomerCare I have a Vodafone sim for 5 years. The sim gets charged with new VAS every now and then. This month, the deduction was around 100 bucks again. And this I never authenticated. Could you look into it?

    @ViCustomerCare Is this facility not available for a prepaid connection? Also, who should I contact to change my number from corporate SIM to individual? I got an email-ID from your customer care exec and I got a bounce-back saying it doesn’t exist/not monitored anymore

    @ViCustomerCare As I said, My matter has been resolved.. We dialled the helpline no of Vodafone and expressed our concern, they solved the matter... Next time please make sure that you help you yr customers at the earliest and not after 8-9 hours!!
