@VodafoneIN Sorry, this is not an issue specific to my number. Entire Ponda city (403401) faces the problem of practically non existent 4G network and speed. Won't share any details. Will port out at the end of mandatory 90 days.

@Hrishikeshkadam @VodafoneIN For good 4G internet @airtelindia is best choice. @reliancejio is bit slower than airtel4g. @Idea n @VodafoneIN network issue and packets drop seen, also connection drops, network swaps to 3g. Thy need major upgrade. Conclusion, Airtel Wins. Tested them all..

@UfterYou @VodafoneIN claims itself to be a supernet service and sadly,their 4G presence in Ponda city in Goa is almost zero & 4G speed is worst than 2G.Ported in today n will port out in 90 days. Useless service and huge promises

@ViCustomerCare From the last week starting from lower level customer service centre in nimach M.P to VI Appealate Indore M.P everyone was consoling us till now they're not able to resume services of no. And no resolution of our complaint is done till now. Good job Vi and hpy bdy😒

@Airtel_Presence I have just ported out of @ViCustomerCare to you. I spent three days in Kurukshetra and by God, your NET was HORRIBLE! Never expected ANYTHING to be so bad. It is the end of the road now. I must perhaps be with MTNL/BSNL.

@ViCustomerCare Vi closed my sim on 20.09.21 but no ready to work with 15 years old customer. Your policy is appreciable inform to customer and do what your company want, no matter customer is ready or not. Thinking why not other company not adopting your policy.

I want my sms services to be restored as I bought a new phone and my online mode of payments are not working because the number needs to send SMS to bank servers. It makes me furious because I’ve to go to atm for something that could’ve been done online. #Amplify @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare It takes ~15 days to get any response from Vi. And that response is to inform you that your complaint has been resolved (miraculously, with nobody calling or doing anything). Is it any wonder so many are de-porting from Vi. I'm next!
