@UfterYou @VodafoneIN claims itself to be a supernet service and sadly,their 4G presence in Ponda city in Goa is almost zero & 4G speed is worst than 2G.Ported in today n will port out in 90 days. Useless service and huge promises

@VodafoneIN Sorry, this is not an issue specific to my number. Entire Ponda city (403401) faces the problem of practically non existent 4G network and speed. Won't share any details. Will port out at the end of mandatory 90 days.

@Hrishikeshkadam @VodafoneIN For good 4G internet @airtelindia is best choice. @reliancejio is bit slower than airtel4g. @Idea n @VodafoneIN network issue and packets drop seen, also connection drops, network swaps to 3g. Thy need major upgrade. Conclusion, Airtel Wins. Tested them all..

@VodafoneIN I'm having serious network issues here. And this is the second time in a row when I am seriously not able to call anyone. Since I use only 1 network, please do something as soon as possible else I'll have to switch over to better options.

@ViCustomerCare 2…. They are courtesy to charge u monthly rental on full payments without discount where they HAvnt provide any facilities. Then u have to port to JIO coz there new company is far better than VI is providing network every where. Then also VI is charging …..2

@ViCustomerCare Receiving the same reply in DM as that of the innumerable email exchanges. Customer is not a fool who would accept changes from backend without seeking any permission of plan change - that makes the customer pay more for lesser benefits.

@DoT_India @TRAI my previous issue hasn’t been resolved by @ViCustomerCare and they say they resolved it and registered a new complaint instead of fixing my prev complaint of network issue. this is happening since last 10days. they’re exploiting customer’s trust and helplessness.

@ViCustomerCare My complaint number is V00956338069 for mobile number 9824106100. Its more than one month my issue is not reolved, number of times i visited vi store and also got call from your customer care to reolve the issue however it is not reolved. Kindly look in to this.

@ViCustomerCare your network connectivity is weak Due to this there is a problem in connecting the call and the internet is running 2G which is of no use. complained 10 to 15 times but nothing improved so i am not happy with your service and porting my sim card to @airtelindia
