@ViCustomerCare Stop giving free internet when it doesn't work most of the time. Also even with full networks, call doesn't go or gets disconnected. Cannot wait to port the number to another network.

@ViCustomerCare Pathetic customer service. calls drop.. frequent outages. Have been forced to visit service center for SIM replacement. Went twice. System down. staff goofed up process. Customer care has no clue. No backend integration. Asked again to visit store. Shame

@ViCustomerCare The worst service I got from Vi is tweeting here. On June 7th, I made a recharge of 449. It did not work because of a server issue. It's been 23 days. My refund is not credited. I have called and mailed. Still no response. Interaction number is KEL-V00499539065
