    @ViCustomerCare Stop giving free internet when it doesn't work most of the time. Also even with full networks, call doesn't go or gets disconnected. Cannot wait to port the number to another network.

    @VodafoneIN terrible service. my browsing speed is less than 1kb. I swear I'll never recharge and not my single penny goes to u..going to Port @Airtel_Presence

    @ViCustomerCare complimentary 6-month trial ended, the subscription was automatically without any prior notification, explicit consent, or authorization. I strongly object to this practice. At no point did I approve or authorize this amount to be billed to my Vi account. #fail

    I did not make any payment for the First Recharge (FRC) because, at the time of porting, the retailer informed me that I would receive one month of unlimited recharge free as a porting benefit. Therefore, I was not asked to make any payment. However, my services are still not working and your system shows that the FRC is pending.     @ViCustomerCare my num is out of service as I didn't rcg frm couple of months. But today I rchrgd my phn with 169 without knowing, and it didn't extend my validity. Can you pls help cancel th rcg and refund? So i can then use it to rcg whatever is valid amount of rcg?

    @ViCustomerCare My VI SIM order (DCHD31072627170)placed on July 30 still hasn’t been delivered despite the promised 24-hour delivery timeline. This is a clear deficiency in service. If this isn’t resolved and my SIM isn’t delivered today, I’ll be filing a complaint with NCH,
