    @ViCustomerCare Stop giving free internet when it doesn't work most of the time. Also even with full networks, call doesn't go or gets disconnected. Cannot wait to port the number to another network.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia as after recharge with 49 rupees I am not able for SMS I am not also to make a call to anyone and also on 198 that is completely free. I think u should stop ur business in India if u can't provide good service to your customers.

    @ViCustomerCare when airtel raised the min. RC to 79/28 days - you did the same, apart from that you are not allowing users to send messages via main balance, instead asking us recharge for 129 & above to avail SMS option - such a pathetic strategy. @TRAI @DoT_India - please help

    @ViCustomerCare I'm facing problem while downloading video from telegram video don't download pdf download when I switch to other network then telegram video download very easily. it works on other platforms like YouTube bt telegram.

    Pathetic customer service from @ViCustomerCare Vodafone store isn’t any better, they too don’t know how to face their client. Their lethargic behaviour is the reason people opting out and switching to Airtel or Jio
