Finally ported to @reliancejio and been received much better network and services. @ViCustomerCare was pathetic. Poor network and services always a part of Vi. Urge every one to leave Vi and port to other operator.

Very bad experience in the store. The salesman are very unprofessional. I went there to port my sim to prepaid and they forced me to pay the FRC recharge instant. Where there is no rule that I have to pay the recharge amount there. Can't we recharge on our own? @ViCustomerCare
