    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @TRAI LTE survice is not working in our town #BABRALA. I start using #Vi one week before and now facing service issue in my area. If this thing will be with your service,it will be difficult to stay with #vi for long term.

    @ViCustomerCare The utter disregard the company has for its customers requests and time is baffling. At a time when competitors are snatching their customers by the horns for conversions, the customer service should be highlighted as one of the main vectors to their market loss !
