    @TRAI this is to bring your notice we have taken @ViCustomerCare family postpaid connection one month back and there is no proper network to make calls, internet. because of that we are using other network to make calls. I need to wait 3 months for MNP.

    confirming that IR service wasnt active on 15th Dec and hence there will be no charges for it. If any charge is levied on the bill, @ViCustomerCare will WAIVE IT OFF. I HAVE THE CONVERSATION RECORDED. Based on usage, VI to waive off INR 599+GST charged on my current bill ASAP 2/2

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare No response from you till now atleast tell me that sim swapping has requested by unauthorized person or its the network issue so i am not getting network in my sim @TraiIndia

    @ViBusinessIndia I had tried to activate international roaming on 15th Dec'22 but it didnt work and I wasn't getting any network. So within few hours I requested to deactivate the it and @ViCustomerCare did the same. Later, I got a call from Vi Customer care Agent recently 1/2
