    @ViCustomerCare I used my Vi number for over 14 years, and suddenly they deactivated it without any prior notice or warning. was linked to everything important . Vi’s response? “We can’t help.” Is this how you treat loyal customers? Truly disappointing. @DoT_India @TRAI

    To Subhash and Anjum from Appellate, Corporate Account issue has been pending for 3 months now. More than 30 emails sent and even to your own ids. Kindly intervene and solve this. Every person who calls me gives a different solution. @ViCustomerCare

    In 2018/19, I paid ₹500 at a Vi mini store to link this SIM with my Aadhaar. The agent confirmed it was done. Now they say they can’t help unless I bring the “original owner” — whom I don’t even know. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India
