  Dear @ViCustomerCare Condition of network is very Bad. In room I get 2g (G/E) Network, At Door 3G (H+) and At Outdoor I get 4G. This is the condition of Network Please Do Something to Solve this problem as soon as possible

  @ViCustomerCare I am facing very bad experience in place. It's waste of money to because you didn't use your internet its speed is to slow like 2g and they not doing anything. In last 2 month I have suffer alot now I want to change my sim network.

  @ViCustomerCare Even after complaining several times and speaking to several people at Vi, my complaint was closed second time without resolution. It's because of your incompetency and ignorant behaviour that I will have to port out to Airtel or Jio. @rmstakkar @akshayamoondra

  @ViCustomerCare Every Sim Is Still Either Idea or Voda even "vi" written Simcard If both networks are one why idea "internet" APN not working on sim with Vodafone "www" APN please fix Huge diff. btwn in Ping in Games Pubg Newstate,Apex Lgnds BGMI & affecting ur customer base
