The SIM is detected by the phone, but there is no network signal and it shows No Service. I have tested the SIM in another phone as well, with the same issue. Visited around 2 PM, but staff refused to help, saying only one employee could handle my request while they argued among themselves. Returned at 6:20 PM, the same employee was out for tea.
