    @VodafoneIN What a worst service at Phulpur-Azamgarh in UP East. No access for 4g internet services since last 10 days. I've complained several times about network issue in last three months bt result is zero..there is no improvement. @TRAI plz..have a look at these falsification

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare @Tanazeem "Genuinely sorry" is not a solution. Your "information above" says the offer is not valid, but the offer WAS visible in Vi App when I recharged. That's your system error, not my mistake.I am not asking for explanation again. I am asking for RESOLUTION

    When will I get #5g in @ViCustomerCare in bangalore pincode 560100 which is an IT hub residential area. Inspite of 5g service launched more than a year ago in #bangalore ,#vi5g isn't avalable everywhere.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Customer is not responsible. SMS came after payment. I can't check SMS before paying. So either give me the plan shown in App or refund ₹199. "Refer above response" is not a resolution

    @ViCustomerCare No more dm now. It's 4 months now. I have spent my hard earned money in recharge but you are unable to provide me network then why I am wasting my money? Many important calls and msgs have been missed so far. Who is responsible for that?
