@ViCustomerCare Even after numerous complaints from more than a year, visiting vodafone centre in Goregaon and changing mobile plan, we are not receiving Vodafone bills either hard copy or in email. Vodafone is not able to resolve such small issues from months!

@ViCustomerCare why have you disconnected with customers? Cant customers talk to support executives? especially since all grievances can't be addressed by pre-fed atuomated database responses. By directing all calls only to IVR you are conveniently avoiding customers @TRAI
