    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup I am now in uttarpradesh pathetic internet service and voice call service at my current location. See the location volte service now working and other 4g or 3 g service continue searching.

    @ViCustomerCare @DisneyplusHSVIP What is the use of it your sim is not working properly when I took it to the your customer care they said u we have to change the sim and it will cost 100 rs, your company got merged and become Vi so why should we have to pay for it

    @ViCustomerCare Even after numerous complaints from more than a year, visiting vodafone centre in Goregaon and changing mobile plan, we are not receiving Vodafone bills either hard copy or in email. Vodafone is not able to resolve such small issues from months!

    @ViCustomerCare why have you disconnected with customers? Cant customers talk to support executives? especially since all grievances can't be addressed by pre-fed atuomated database responses. By directing all calls only to IVR you are conveniently avoiding customers @TRAI
