Because of this error, there is no network coverage on this SIM. Now, the store is insisting that the SIM owner must come in person for biometric verification.

Who will be ready to join you without proper service & no 5G but recharge with high cost. Bsnl is better as per their tariff & service.

A local mini store called asking me to convert to postpaid; when I refused, they said no delivery agent is available. Customer care assured delivery but 24+ hrs no update. Calistus (@Calistus255) reported@ViCustomerCare Your coverage map does not show 5g signal in Vasai, kindly clarify which part of Vasai has 5g available. Used to get good 4g+ signal before but now internet speeds are low and signal strength is more than 100dbm. Used to get 70 to 80 mbps speeds on 4g + now just 5 to 7mbps.
