    @ViCustomerCare it's very pathatic response from Vodafone CS team I hv lodged a complaint but no update despite of being corporate connection ..nd even nodal officer no is not getting connection team resolve else I hv to take different route

You’ve advertised delivery in 24 hrs on your website and on call you said that it will take 72 hrs, which is false advertising. On top of that, your customer care executives only knows Hindi

    @ViCustomerCare My Vi internet is extremely slow and practically unusable. Despite having an active plan, the service is seriously disappointing. Fix this network/data issue immediately.

    @ViCustomerCare Zero network in my village Paldi Rathod (PIN 382810). Your system shows perfect coverage for this PIN because neighboring Charada and Bilodra have strong signals. But Paldi Rathod is right between them and has no network at all. Please check the ground reality!

    @ViCustomerCare I DM’d all details about my iMessage/FaceTime activation issue. No resolution yet. Prepaid user, no international SMS. Need international SMS enabled for iMessage activation on prepaid . Please fix this ASAP
