Must be way out if mistake happens. ur c/service told me, within 72 hours of recharge it can be reversed. my query sent d same day. Someone in VI has power to reverse it Or extend validity.

Moreover, I've worked in Telecom to know that there isn't any resolution unless taken up at highest authorities which common people can't access.
