    @ViCustomerCare Hello Vi I had raised a request for converting my No from postpaid to prepaid it is running under family plan which includes a secondary no also vi executive had made 5 failed attempts to convince me to retain my postpaid plan instead of solving my problem there

    @ViCustomerCare It's frustrating how long it is taking Vi to provide a QR code for an eSIM on a replacement phone. The new Pixel 10 series doesn't support physical SIM cards. It's taking ~10 days w/o service to get Vi eSIM. My US eSIM transfer took less than 1 hour. Why so long?

    @ViCustomerCare Update: Thanks for reaching out. The issue still persist. I have raised network issue complaint for which I have been asked to wait till 24 Sept. Till then unlimited data for me means 1Gb/day🙃. Hope the issue gets resolved at the earliest @vicus
