@ViCustomerCare I have 3 family numbers. They said it's great deal now I see the charges r very vague some international sms charges which I have never done. Shocking I asked them to convert to prepaid they say it will take 48 hours. Anyways have no choice or else port to jio

Worst service by @ViCustomerCare @vodafonein1...caller tune "unknowingly" activated 2nd time in the last 3 months Have to call up customer care and deactivate.y keep a process where customer would unknowingly do this? Seriously considering other networks.....

@ViCustomerCare as I can see Vodafone Idea customer care doesn't care about customer. I have been stuck here because of whole year recharge otherwise I would have been port to @Airtel_Presence . I'm just waiting to finish this recharge the. I will definitely shift to airtel.
